Before she knew it morning reached, at least that's what she thought when she woke up. Her head felt like it had been hammered during the night somewhere along the line. She touched her head lightly, groaning from the headache she had, trying to slowly open her eyes that were swollen from all the crying, but they felt like they weighed a tone. My head hurts... She softly rubbed her face, tilting her head to the left, bringing her arm out in the open to try and reach for her phone that was on the black bedside as her eyes fought to open but they were so tired that it was difficult.
So tired... She tapped her phoned with her hand lazily, trying to get a hold of it but ended up falling to the floor. Damn it... She sighed readjusting herself on the bed as she managed to open her eyes tiredly and reach for her phone, just to see that it was eleven in the morning. Oh My God! I'm late for work! She shot out of the bed, instantly activating her brain, ready to get dressed until she looked at the room and realized it wasn't hers.
Wait a second... Min-hi, placed her two hands to the head, pushing her messy hair slightly back, trying to process what happened yesterday. I was drinking with Jungkook and... room and..., she slumped on the bed in disbelief of her own behaviour. 'Please don't leave me alone' She remembered her stupid hand, holding on to the hem of his shirt as she said that, but after that it was a blur to her.
OH MY GOD! Let me just die! She threw her body back on the bed, wobbling like an uncontrollable worm, while messing her hair up more than it already was. She couldn't believe she actually asked him to stay with her or the fact that she whimpered in front of him. She would've have preferred to had gotten amnesia and wipe that one embarrassing part of her memories out.
"Why do I have to remember my level of stupidity?!" She grumbled in between her twisting and turning, until she stopped and crossed her legs into a sitting position in the middle of the bed, taking hold of the soft white pillow and placing it over her legs. "Why? Why couldn't I have just erased this part of my memory?! Don't they usually get black outs in dramas?! Why am I different?!" She continued grumbling, slamming the pillow in her face, ready to suffocate to death and die from embarrassment.
"Because this is the real world" Jungkook answered her, coming in the room with a tray of tea with biscuits and a set of white and black material on the other hand, underneath the tray as Min-hi curled her lips in, definitely ready to jump off a cliff and drown in her ocean of shame, shifting her gaze away from him and looking out the window, until it hit her and another glimpse of her memory came into light, remembering the touch of his lips on her forehead, which made the colour pink rapidly paint her cheeks.
"Have some tea, it will help with the hangover" He sat near her on the bed, placing the tray next to her along with a white shirt and black woollen pyjama pants "Wear this after you take a shower, you're going to need it"
What's that supposed to mean? Is he calling me dirty? "Why the pyjamas? I should at least stop by my home to get a few outfits without my brother seeing me and shouldn't we get to work?"
He chortled at her, playfully pulling her forehead backwards with his index finger "It's Saturday", which made her instinctively hold his index finger with her small hand to push it away, until she realized this wasn't Jimin she was with but Jungkook. She had gotten so use to Jimin pulling similar unexpected yet playful acts that she without thinking defended herself in the same way she would with him.
"You seem to have gotten really comfortable with me over night" Jungkook muttered, delighted with the idea.
"S-sorry..." She rapidly loosened her grip from his finger, pushing it away and pulling her hair behind her ear "... my cousin usually does these things to me so it became a habit..." which made Jungkook go sour with her words.
