<<your pov>> I sat in my apartment, looking out the window of boredom. I suddenly hear some meowing, I stand up and open the sliding door to the balcony. I look out and see a cat dangling from the leaf gutter that was a bit out of reach.
"Shit!" I exclaim and try to grab the cat, but it was just too far.
I cant let the poor thing fall off...
I put my foot on top of the balcony railing and hoist myself up, while keeping myself supported on the wall.
"Come here kitty", I anxiously call as I put my other foot on the railing and hoist myself up.
I use the wall to support myself as I lean over a bit and try to grab the cat. It meows and looks at me with a terrified look on its face.
"C-Come closer", I lean out a little more but the cat is still too far.
Suddenly my leg buckles, I quickly grab onto the cat as I fall forward.
