I love you with all my heart. But I'm sorry I have to do this. I know our relationship is hard we have had our ups and downs but we got through them. I still love you. I know it was hard when I was first diagnosed but you have been there for me from the begging. We both know I'm going to die sooner or later.

When you are reading this, I am long gone and watching you from heaven. When I'm gone don't be afraid to fall in love again. You were just unfortunate to fall in love with me. Also don't you dare follow me you have holly to look after and you will see me again but you'll have to wait a long time.

I have to do this because I want you to live your life. You are still young and I don't want you watching me slowly die right in front of you.

I will be looking down you everyday and watching your family grow I wish it was ours but it didn't turn out like that.
