You have been with Namjoon for 10 years married for 5.
Namjoon had a kid very young the mother just left his daughter Luna with him.
You love Luna with all your heart you have treated her like your own ever since the beginning.
and now that you are pregnant you have a feeling that Luna doesn't feel like you love her but honestly you do.

Luna is turning to have today and you're hoping that asking you to adopt her she will love.

The birthday party has finished and it's just you Namjoon and Luna "Lena I love you with all my heart and I was hoping that it will be ok if I adopt you" you asked very scared and it was very awkward coming out of your mouth. She backs on stairs and screams "YES thank you mum".

you smile at namjoon and he has the biggest grin on his face you can tell he is very very happy also Luna has never ever called you mum before you couldn't be happier.
