In The Morning

I was awaken by the lights from LEDs falling upon me, and suddenly, my blanket was pulled over.

My sleepy mode eyes shifted to Siddharth Nigam, who was standing with a perfect smile plastered on his face.

Sidd : Good Morning, Avu.

He said jumping on the bed.

I shut my eyelids, pulled my blanket over and went back to sleep.

Sidd : Princess, it's morning already.

I reach out for my pillow and wrap around my ears tightly.

I am NOT going to sacrifice my beauty sleep.

Sidd again reach out for my blanket and pulled it over.

Avu : Sidd! I am not going to wake up. Let me have my beauty sleep.

Sidd : Morning is special with a special vibe.
Morning is full of love when I see you smile.
It makes me want to say I love you more.
And I am pretty much sure I can't stay without you.
My love, I will and I will always love you.
Wish you a good morning, love.

Ugh... Why can't I just ignore his amazing tone.

I yawned and slowly wake up and I felt two arms wrapped around me tightly, his hazel eyes looking at me.

Sidd : Morning, sunshine.

Slowly, i unwrapped his arms I searched for my pillow to throw it over him.

Avu : Why can't you even let me have my beauty sleep!?

Sidd : Baby, I am going for the shooting and well, today you will be sending and picking Sami from school as the driver is sick.

Avu (sleepy tone): Hmmm....

Sidd : Bye meri jaan.

Sidd said and was about to leave when Avu stops him.

Avu : You're forgetting something.

Sidd(winks) : What?😉

Avu : Humm... U know.

Sidd draws closer to me. My eyes close, head tilts upward and then I feel his lips... on my cheek. It's a peck.

Sidd : OK?

Avu : Yes.

Sidd : Bye babe.

Avu : Bye Sweetheart.

Avu changed into something nice and well, woke Sami for her school. It's really hard to wake her up but she finally did it at last.

In The Car

Sami : Mumma,can you please open the song?

Avu thought for a while and then she opened, Nursery Rhymes.

Sami : Mumma. I don't want to listen this Nursery Rhymes.

Avu : Sami!

Sami : What, mumma. Papa opens for me any song I want to listen.

Avu : Sidd has really spoiled her.

Sami : Mumma. Please.

Avu searched for a song which would be suitable to open in front of Sami, but that didn't work. The songs she had was like Closer. Perfect. Pretty Girls. Shape of you. Despacito.

Avu : Sorry, Sami.

Sami (sad face) : Mumma is no fun😞. Papa is so fun.

Avu : Come, Sami. We have arrived. Bye princess.

Sami : Bye Mumma.

Avu caressed Sami's cheek and said:

Avu : Dil lagakey parna. OK, princess?

Sami : OK mumma.

Avu : Toh chalk, mumma ki kiss?

Sami kissed Avu's cheek.

Sami :Muah.

Avu : Bye, princess.

Same : Bye mumma.

(After that, Avu went to her aunts for a while and then in the evening, she went to pick Sami back)

Sami : Mumma, where's papa?

Avu : He's at the shooting.

Sami : But he promised that he would come pick me up every day.

Avu : Sami, he's busy. And don't you like your Mumma coming to pick you.

Sami : No.

Avu : So you don't like me picking you up.

Sami : no,I like it.

Avu : then, what's the problem?

Sami : mumma, you don't buy me ice creams when going back home.

Avu : so you want to have ice cream?

Sami : yesssss.

Avu : OK, then let's go.

Sami : yay. I love you Mumma.

At Night

The door of the room opened with a smile of Sidd forming on me.

Sidd : Hey baby girl.

I smiled as Sidd made his way to our bed, joining me under the soft duvet.

He pecked my forehead.

Avu  : How was your day, baby?

I cuddled into Sidd's chest.

Avu : It's a lot better now that you have come. I missed you.

Sidd : I missed you a lot too.

Sidd sighed pulling me closer to him.

Sidd : I just love coming home.
