Cheryl's POV
"Cmon babe, lets go," I say
We're going to Veronica's pool party.
"C I'm not coming," she says coming down in her swim suit
"Why not my love?" I ask
"Because people will make fun of me,"
"I promise they won't, it's inner circle only T,"
"Fine," she sighs
"I love you Toni Topaz," I say kissing her
"I love you too princess,"
I laugh and we walk to Veronica's. Her hand on my back has since dropped so it's on my ass.
"Watch that hand topaz," I wink
"Don't act like you don't love it babygirl,"
"Stop it Tones," I giggle
We make it there and T goes to the bathroom
"Did I just see south side princess in a boys bathing suit?" Veronica asks
"It's her style V," I sigh "it's cute,"
"C, she never wears anything that shows off her legs- I get she's hot but you should talk her into wearing a bikini- I have one here "
"I'm not talking Toni into anything V- she can do what she wants,"
"Maybe I will,"
"Please don't," I sigh "she didn't even want to come. She thought people would make fun of her but she isn't comfortable in a bikini,"
"She's still self conscious?"
"We're working on it," I sigh "she's not around me anymore but she doesn't want people to make fun of her at Riverdale high,"
She rolls her eyes and we switch our topic to cheerleading for a while before Toni comes back.
"Hey baby sorry that took so long, Jughead needed to talk to me,"
"No problem Tones, we were just talking about cheerleading,"
"Toni I love that top," Veronica says "I have the perfects bottoms for them so you can show off your legs,"
"Oh uh I'm okay, I'm good with these,"
"Ronnie drop it," I say
"It's alright C," she says "it's okay Veronica- thanks though,"
Veronica sighs and walks away.
"Why does she suddenly care about what I look like?"
"she thinks my girlfriend has to dress like me,"
She laughs and grabs my hand
"Wanna go swimming?" I ask
"No I'm okay, but I'll watch you swim,"
"Fine I guess," I sigh sarcastically
She puts her feet in the water and sits by the She of the pool and I slip in. I go in between her legs and peck her lips
"You're a cutie," she says "I love you,"
"I love you too Toni," I smile as she kisses me again
I swim and Toni just sits there and watches me.
"Babe you sure you don't want to come in?" I ask
"Not right now baby, I'm sorry I know I'm boring,"
"Hey, you're never boring,"
"I'm going to head to the bathroom, I'll be right back and maybe I'll come in?" She says
"Okay babe, I'll wait here,"
Toni's POV
I walk to the bathroom and close and lock the door.
I try and go as quick as possible but someone knocks
"One minute!"
In walks Veronica.
"Veronica what the hell?"
Her eyes go wide as she sees what I desperately tried to hide. I pull my shorts all the way up.
"You have a.."
I cover her mouth
"No one knows," I say
"You have a girlfriend," she hisses getting my hand off her mouth "who's a lesbian,"
"I'm a girl Veronica, I identify as a girl, Cheryl knows- trust me, please,"
"Is everything alright? Babe! why are you holding Veronica against a wall?" Cheryl comes in asking
"Veronica picked a lock while I was still going to the bathroom,"
"Oh I'm guessing that didn't end well,"
"No it didn't,"
"Yes it did and I need to talk to you Cheryl,"
"No you don't Ronnie, you're my best friend and I love you- but what do you have against Toni? Everything she does is suspicious to you,"
"Toni hid a 10 inch dick from you for your entire relationship,"
"Don't give her that must credit Ronnie- it's 9 at most,"
I scoff and roll my eyes
"You never thought it was weird that her/his- I don't know, Toni's parents gave her the name Toni? It's because of the dick Cheryl,"
"My real name is actually Antoinette," I say
"Don't care, Cheryl. I care about your happiness,"
"Then you won't say anything," she says "there's a reason she hid it V, I promise our relationship is 100% fine,"
"Fine, I won't say anything, but don't hurt her- I know you have a dick and I know it's a big target," she threatens
"Now you're giving her a big head, let's go TT,"
We go to the living room
"Are you okay?"
"Fine Princess,"
"Are you sure?"
I nod and kiss her. I know it's different and kinda weird but it's who I am
And It's who I always will be
