Jinae POV

It's my first day in my new high school, I'm in my second grade of higher levels

I've transferred to about 4 schools last year due to students complaining that they don't want to be with a monster in the same building or class.

And that's why I had to move to Seoul, alone to finish my studies and left my grandma back  in busan. My grandma is my only family now.

I woke up early today like every  other day cause I don't wanna be late on my first day of school *but wait a sec isn't being late one of the human's habits* I got up from my bed anyways, took a shower and wore my uniform.

I stood infront of the long mirror to check how I look "Damn this thing is just too short, I can't wear this, a lot of my skin and mostly veins are exposed"

*What am I supposed to do now I have to hide as much as possible* I looked around and found my super skinny black p
tights "This might work" I looked into the mirror after wearing it "Eww girl this ain't cool" I looked at myself again "Well it's better than nothing"

I shrugged my shoulders and went out from my room to the kitchen.
I had cereal and an apple for breakfast. I mean food is not really necessary for me but I'm used to it.

I looked at the time it's 8:22am which means I must be in school in 8 minutes and the distance from my house to school takes only 7 minutes.

I headed out of the house,locked the door and here I am walking to school.

8:29am

*Perfect* I thought as I was standing infront of the school's gate
I got into the building and saw many students busy chatting and laughing bot sparing me a glance.

*I bet this is gonna be a good day* "Hey you ,what are you wearing?" I heard a voice behind me I turned around to see who it is, from how she looks and acts she must be the freaking Queenka

*Ugh I hate these type of girls they're annoying af* "Duh ,don't you see? Are you perhaps blind?" I said "No sweetheart,  you look like a stray kid trying to fit in " she said and the whole corridor burst out laughing

*It's not even funny* I felt my embarrassed,  it was my first day, how dare she *I swear to god I'm gonna blow that ugly head of yours* my body heated up all the way from my tiny toes to the tip of my head and I can feel my eyes changing colour but then someone pulled me out of there and to what seemed to me  an abandoned class room

"What is this place and who are you?" I asked "Shh" He was frustrated, maybe angry? "What is wrong with you? I asked you a question I have the right to ask and you shush me? How rude" I said looking at him "I'm gonna say one thing to you Park Jinae.... Control. Your.Power"

He said and was about to leave leaving me dumbfounded "Oh and one more thing, stay here, calm your powers down and I'm gonna call a friend of mine to help you with whatever that that you're wearing" He took one last glance at me and left

I just noded my head still shocked, now lots of questions came rushing down my mind *How did he know my name? And who is he? How did he know about my powers? What if he tells everyone? What is gonna happen then? Am I gonna live this way forever? But I am sick of running away* I felt a hand on my shoulder "are you ok?" It's a girl I looked up at her "Oh you're crying" she said with a worried face "Huh?" I touched my cheeks they were wet, I whipped my tears in a quick motion

"I'm sorry this room is just too dusty there might be something got into my eyes" I said as I gave her a fake smile "Aha ok" she smiled at me "I brought you these, wear them" She handed me the thing "These are long socks" "Oh thank you" *How stupid can I be, I should've thought of this from the beginning* I wore them and it hid much of my leg successfully

"Well what do you think?" She asked looking at me "It's better than the stray kid I guess" I joked and we both laughed

We went out of that classroom together "So what class are you in?" She asked while walking "I still don't know, I'm knew here" I said after I realized I should've went to the principal's office but didn't because of what happened earlier

"OK don't worry I'll take you to the principal to know your class, homeroom teacher and your schedule, follow me" she turned around the other way and dragged me with her

"OK this is it, it was nice helping you...." "Park Jinae" I finished her sentence "I'm gonna head to class first cause I'm already late, we'll meet later at lunch time, BYE I'M JEON SOYEON BY THE WAY" she said while running away to her class.

I waved her a goodbye and then knocked on the door and was allowed to come in by the principal.
