★Hey hey! This is yet another one shot inspired by one of Lyradaisical's works herself! I really enjoy her works uwu
★I'm really sorry for being offline lately! I'm just really starting to get more and more busy as days go by. I have an upcoming field demo this next... Next Friday, Intramurals. I might or might not update as much.
★I'm also working on the 13th Chapter of the book. Ships are getting more smelly in the ongoing chapters (',,•ω•,,) I might be adding some lemon here too( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
★On with the drabble!

Marinette had always been a creative and resourceful person. She's also really talented. You can probably bet that she can make anything or the girl probably had superpowers(which is not entirely wrong or not wrong at all). She can probably think of something out of thin air with that creative brain of hers in just a matter of seconds. She can basically get inspired anywhere!

A certain cat suddenly perked up when he heard that the blue-eyed beauty makes dolls. She even made a Ladybug and Chat Noir doll for herself just for fun.

He had to commission one for himself.

"Just imagine, Plagg! A doll of my lady!", Adrien exclaims dreamily.

"Mhm.. Okay.. Alright", Plagg just answers, uninterested in his holder's antics.

"I'll try and ask Marinette!"
.
.
.
When the morning came, Adrien arrived at school but he didn't see Marinette anywhere.

After an hour or two, she came in bursting through the door of the classroom, panting heavily, calling the attention of everybody in class.

"Oops...", was all she muttered.

"Marinette... Why don't you turn yourself to the Principal's office?", Mrs. Mendeleiev blankly says.

Marinette flinches before looking down. ".... Okay.."
.
.
.
Adrien ruined his chances. Marinette was sent back home early cause of her repeated tardiness.

It's almost as if he was trying to ask her out without even him knowing it.
.
.
.
When dismissal rolled around, Adrien immediately told Nathalie to stop by the Dupain-Cheng's for a friend. Nathalie was stubborn at first but then realized that it was for an important matter so she just obliged.

When they got there. As Adrien stepped in the bakery, it was warm and welcoming. Everything was the opposite of his own.

He was snapped out of his trance when a petite woman, around her 40's greeted him. "What can I help you with?"

She had the same jet-black hair like Marinette's(and Ladybug) and she had grey eyes. Marinette's mother.

A muscular man came out with a tray of croissants to put on display a little later. He had brown hair and green eyes. Her father.

"Uhm.. Is Marinette home? I want to ask her about something", Adrien asks, rubbing the nape of his neck sheepishly.

Both Marinette's parents look at each other in surprise before looking back at him. "What's your name, young man?", the woman asks.

"Adrien..", he holds out a hand to shake hers. "Mme...?"

"Sabine. This is my husband, Tom!", Sabine exclaims, shaking his hand.

Adrien smiles before she could see Marinette running down the stairs, in a daze. "Who's the- WOAH! HI!", she greets, extremely startled.

"Oh! Hi Marinette! Can I please please ask you about something?", Adrien asks, clasping his hands together.

"I- uhm- Sure! J-just... let me clean up for a minute", Marinette answers before rushing back to her room.

Adrien just chuckles at her antics. It's too endearing.
.
.
.
After a while, Marinette walked back downstairs and motioned him inside her room and wow it was all pink. Pinker than anything he had ever seen.

"Woah, your room's so pink", he blurts out.

Marinette giggles. "I get that a lot.. I can't help it. It's my favorite colour after all"

"So... What did you wanna ask me about?"

"Oh! Right! Uhm.. Can you... commission dolls for me? I heard that you started making them..", Adrien asks, looking away.

He could hear Marinette's double blink before he could see her smile. "Of course! What would you like?"

Adrien's face immediately brightened up. "A Ladybug doll!"

"You're a fan?", she says, chuckling. "But wait- Just Ladybug?", she asks.

"Yeah!"

Marinette's face immediately turned from smiling to sympathetic.

"Is something wrong, Marinette?..", Adrien asks.

"No! No... It's just that... Why don't you also commission a Chat Noir doll?.. I mean.. Chat's important too", she says in a 'humph' tone.

Adrien was taken aback. He never thought that anyone thought so highly of him. Of Chat Noir. He resisted the urge to blush.

Marinette sighs before looking back at him. "I'm gonna throw in a Chat Noir doll for free.. No excuses.."

Adrien just nodded dazedly.

"After all... There would be no Ladybug without Chat Noir", she states, smiling fondly.

Adrien couldn't hide it. He blushed. A red blush. For the first time in his life someone made him blush aside from Ladybug.

And it was also nice to know that someone does think he's important.

Greetings! Another update! It's kinda short but it'll work qwq.

I hope you enjoyed reading♡
