Parents' quirk: Dio has the ability to stop time for some seconds and move freely while everyone is frozen around him. The Grim Reaper can kill everyone she touches.
Quirk: life absorbtion and time stop (which awakened at the age of 15).
Description: if she wants to, she can absorb the life out of someone, as she comes closer to that person, they become weaker and weaker, until only bones and skin remain on the corpse. The time stop quirk works the same as her father's, except there are other words that trigger the quirk.
Limits and risks: 1 minute for time stop before training, then an uncertain amount of time. As for life absorbtion, the bigger the range, less the damage and vice versa.
Other characteristics: the voice in her head that stops her from fully trusting the people around her.
