"New products are needed quarterly," I announced when I walked into the conference room, pinching the bridge of my nose. "This company is only expanding more and more and just keeping these simple products isn't enough. People want more and we need to give them more."

"What are you looking for?" I looked to my right, seeing a new hire but not so fresh face. Her name is Cheyenne Whitley and she knows what the people want. She's worked hard on the nail polish and the different colors, that was what made me hire her months ago.

"I mean, I want something revolutionary, but we aren't making new products here. We're just making allergen-free and all-natural products." I looked back around the room, meeting the eyes of the few business developers that sat around the oval table in the conference room.

"So, think outside the box but not too far?" Cheyenne asked. I nodded, clasping my hands together as I looked back at her.

"Exactly!" I said as I walked over to the front of the room. "Look, I understand we can come up with different shades of beauty products for women and other fragrances of cologne and perfume, but I want something different. Something that will have people second-guessing about it but nonetheless, they'd buy it." I grinned.

"Any idea is welcome and there is literally so much stuff we can do but the only problem is that we're on a time constraint." Everybody nodded, looking around the room at each other. "I want each team to come up with a product, advertising campaign, and a package. You have two weeks, winners get a signing bonus." I deeply inhaled, then looked over at the camera. "Next meeting is in two weeks. Kandi will email you all with the calendar invite. Good luck," I watched as they gathered their things and left.

After everybody left, I escaped back to my office, putting my head down on my desk and the rest was history. I fell asleep and I guess no one decided to check up on me before they left because when I woke up, I was welcomed with complete silence.

I sat up, wiping off the drool on my face but when I turned to the right, I immediately screamed when I came face to face with Xing. He looked just as scared as I was. His mouth open as well but no sound came out. Well, actually I don't know. If a sound did come out, my scream was pretty loud so it could have drowned him out.

"I no mean scare you, Ms. Bili." He said softly. "I just clean and I see you sleep on desk. I was wake you and-." I stopped him with a small laugh.

"You don't have to explain. Thank you, Xing." I said quietly as I stretched. I felt my shirt rise slightly and if it was another man, I knew they would sneak a peek to see it but Xing didn't. He kept his eyes on mine and I found that adorable.

"You tired?" He asked. I nodded, cracking a tired smile.

"Yeah,"

"You want me call you taxi?" He offered. I wiped my eyes, shaking my head. "You can't drive home tired." I smiled at him.
