The Plan Within A Plan Around A Plan... Or Something Like That

So I got flowjo going on here and its actually giving me writers block in my other stories so I'm just going to write here until its gone. Not that some of you will complain... :)

The moment Ae left the room to go to his apartment, I sighed in relief. I must have been loud, because Cassie looks at me with a raised eyebrow. I give her a little smile but I wait for Thalia to come so I only have to speak once.

She slides in a few minutes later and smiles at me. She's a pretty gir_ um, young lady, but she doesn't look like the man they call Midas. I met him once at an event and all of his children look like him.

"You wanted to see me Pete?"

"Yes. I am sure since you are here then your entire team is aware of what's happening around you right?"

"Well Donnie went to sleep but yeah, we'll catch him up."

"I see. Whatever we say here, I want it to be between us and only us. Ae cannot be involved."

"Ok." She agreed readily but I felt I needed to explain myself.

"I want to be clear about some things before we go further. Ae is the person I love the most in this world. He's strong, physically and emotionally. He's the type of person that came from a great foundation and is able to use that to provide for those he loves.

"Ae has several weaknesses, the biggest of which is me. Right now, he's shut everything down because I'm down. It's something he can't seem to help. The thing is, once he's up and running again, everything that he noticed and heard and all of it will become clear to him and he can pinpoint almost perfectly what he needs to do next, but he can't function if I'm in danger and I need to be in danger. You do understand what I mean right?"

"You'll be the bait."

"Very well. However we have to figure out a way to make me be bait without appearing to be bait."

"I see."

"Ae is very intelligent about danger. Did you know he has a black belt in Thai boxing? He has always been the person that his friends called on to save them. Even when he was the shortest one, he was still the fiercest and strongest. He's an asset you can use and he will be very effective. He will even allow you to use him. You just have to know how to ask him."

"Of course. He's innately a hero."

"Yes! And I am without a doubt the damsel in his eyes."

"Your nature is to be submissive to him but you also control him. Everything and anything you want, he will give it to you."

"Yes, but it's also because he has worked hard and takes pride in being able to provide for me. Ae, from what I know of him, is Demisexual. At least, that is what I believe. Until I came into his life, he had no sexual interests in anyone, male or female, and even after me, he has had difficulty. Ae met me when he saved me from being hit by a speeding car. From the very beginning I woke his hero complex. I also was ignorant of many things because of my sheltered life."

"So in other words he continued having to save you. Not necessarily from people, but from life in general."

"Oh there were people too. I had Trump. He claimed he liked me but in reality he was looking for a mark. I wanted to be loved and fell for the first person who came on to me after I accepted my sexuality and began testing the waters. I thought I could trust him and in the end had to depend on Ae over and over again to save me."

"So you are perfect for each other."

"Thank you for saying that. I do hope we are. So from here on out, I am agreeing to your plan to guard me but your going to have to reconstruct that plan."
