Joong was surprised when he was dragged down by Nine. He was about to give Nine an earful when he noticed that Nine was in pain.
"Are you okay?!" concern laced Joong's voice.
"Do I look like I'm okay?!"
"Okay, I'm sorry, you don't have to get snappy."
"Oh wow, you know how to say sorry?"
"Of course I do, you idiot. Don't move."
"Wow, I don't recall you saying that -oh whoop"
Joong lifted Nine on his back and gave him a piggyback ride
"Wait, what are you doing?"
"Winning the race."
Joong started to make quick big careful steps towards the goal.
"Wait, I still need to know a happy memory!" Nine splurted
"What?!"
"Tell me one more happy and sad memory"
"A happy memory when I got the ball for you when we were kids."
Nine almost jumped off of Joong's back
"The saddest is when you told me I'm no longer your friend."
Nine's heart was racing and he can't stop staring at Joong.
Joong was sweating at this point, he was almost running but heck, he noticed how beautiful his arched eyebrows are.
'Wait, Nine... what the fuck are you thinking? Why are you so random'
"Joong, I-"
"We're here, we're the first. I told you I got your back. I promised you that remember?"
Nine was taken aback.
'Where are all this coming from?' Nine thought to himself.
"We need a medic, Nanai got a sprain."
