Chapter 19-"Start of the search"

(Storm's POV)

              By the time we arrived my legs were sore, it was really late at night and i was hungry. my stomach growled and Alex laughed.

             "Don't worry, we'll eat right after the introductions." i nodded and walked after Alex as he and Yuma entered the cave entrance. we walked down into the cave until we came across three different cave paths. Alex took a left and me and Yuma followed him. we turned left again when we reached another set of three passageways. then we entered a large room that had a large wooden table in it  along with several wooden chairs. At the end of the table was a man with short red hair, a bit lighter than Alex's and then next to him on his right was a woman with deep red hair that was the same color as Alex's. the woman had blue eyes and the man had deep green.....i'm guessing they're Alex's parents, Alex looked alot like his father. they both stood up when we entered and walked over to us. The woman hugged Alex then turned to me and Yuma.

          "Hello, my name is Aponi, i'm Alex's mother."

         "It's nice to meet you, my name is Storm." i shook her hand politely.

        "And i am Alex's father, Hiamovi."

        "Its nice to meet you." i shook his hand despite the fact that i feared him a bit since he was the Alpha.

        "Please, there's no reason to be fearful, now come let us enjoy dinner together then we shall speak later." i nodded and followed as everyone sat down at the table and then other people had joined us....soon it was a full house, food being passed everywhere. and here i thought they'd be in werewolf forms. just then Alex whispered to me that they only are in there wolf forms when in the leader's meeting area. i nodded and said 'good to know' and then we both continued eating. after dinner Alex's mother kissed him on both cheeks and he groaned.

        "Ah......Okaasan....sore o tomeru!"

        "Watashi wa son'nani anata o aishite."

        "Watashi mo anata o aishite irukeredo...." she squeezed him, causing him to stop talking....then kissed his forehead and waved good bye to me and Yuma before turning and leaving the room. i have no clue what they were saying! there was a long silence before the Alpha spoke.

         "well then, shall we go into the living room?" Alex nodded and followed him.....me and Yuma followed after Alex. when we entered the next room i was surprised that there were actually couches, bookshelves, a tv, and even video games. the three of us sat on the couch across from the Alpha....

       "So, what brings you three here?"

       "We wanted to ask if you could tell us something about the night Storm was given to his grandmother."

        "What is it that you want to know?"

        "Anything that could indentify who the angel was, did his grandmother talk about the hair or the eye color of the angel that gave him to her...or if there was anything she thought to have been strange about him or something..." there was a long pause before the Alpha sighed a long and heavy sigh....

         "I don't remember if your grandfather had said anything about the angels' appearance...." it was my turn to sigh, this was a dead end.....

          "I understand, if you remember anything that could be helpful, please let us know." the Alpha smiled at Alex.

         "Watashi no chīsana kabu, anata o mite, sudeni soda~tsu yō ni hanashi...." Alex smiles back at him and they both stand up and hug each other, the Alpha kisses Alex on the forehead and then Alex says something i also don't understand.

         "Watashi wa papa o aishite."

         "Watashi wa mo~tsu to anata o aishite." as we were walking out of the living room, we stopped as the Alpha spoke again.

         "I just remembered something that the old woman told my father was strange......."

         "What?"

         "He said that she had told him that the angel didn't look like he was sad but more like he was guilty while giving the baby to her......and instead of saying 'please take care of my child'......he said, 'please take care of this child'...as if it wasn't his that he was giving her." i stood there, taking that in....what could this mean then?

          "Thank you father."

          "Anata no kangei watashi no kodomo." We left the cave and started heading back home......as we started walking, the sun started rising, i am so taking today off from school.
