This chapter is tiny so I'm going to upload a double.

Steve: Seeing the kid hurt made me furious. Who would hurt him? Was it at school? After school? Natasha stood beside me after he gave the scariest glare, I'd ever seen to us all. the air stilled and the room darkened. He stormed off to most likely his room and left us stunned.

"Friday, show us the camera footage from his journey," Tony asked. On the TV it displayed security cameras from different angles. It cut off the time for half an hour then went to Percy and someone else talking as they walked out.

"You just called me "little bro" and now you're insisting on Mr Pace?" Percy jokes to his friend as they walked away from each other. He then stares right at the camera, waves and heads back to the tower. Natasha gave me a look.

"He's not any type of agent I know of, but he's involved with SHIELD critically," She said. She's right. That camera is well hidden from the view of the public. It's in front of this new park or community area, I'm not sure what it is.

"What's he doing right now?" Clint wonders. Tony pulls up his room footage where Percy was lying down on his bed, shaking and twitching in his sleep. His eyes were flickering, sometimes his body would reach out or he'll mumble incomplete sentences. It was all too familiar. Tony met my eyes and nodded.

"Poor kid," I muttered. The others looked at me oddly. "He's having a flashback." Clint's phone rang.

"I've got to get home." He said as he stood up. We mumbled our goodbyes while he left and went back to watching Percy in concern. He was saying names, Nico, Leo. I knew a boy named Nico once. Of course, he's most likely dead or an old man by now.

Tony drew a sharp breath and stood up. "I'm waking him." He went to Percy's room and I followed. The others remained in their positions. Tony was shaking him, calling his name a few times. Percy remained in his past.

"Valdez – no, don't!" he cried out. His body shivered violently and shot up. Tony grabbed his arm to offer support. Percy's eyes adjusted to his surroundings while he blinked several times. "Wh-what're you – "

"Hey, hey, calm down." I soothed to his distress. He moved away from Tony. "You alright?" He nodded, lying clearly.

"Yeah, just a bad dream." Percy lies. Tony and I exchange looks. "You can go, seriously I'm fine." Tony shrugged to me, gave Percy a look of pity before leaving with me following.

"If you need anything just ask," I said before closing his door. As we walked away, I could see the TV screen show him crying in his room.

Poor Percy.
