48 ~ Eavesdropping

I woke up, opening my eyes slightly.

I look around and see that everybody else is asleep.

I looked out of the small window, seeing that it's slightly dark outside.

How long have I been asleep for, and what's the clock?

I looked around, not knowing what to do.

He's probably gonna make us stay here until we die if hunger, or thirst.

I closed my eyes, beginning to fall asleep-

But my eyes shot open at the sound of faint voices, coming from outside of the room.

I quickly closed my eyes, pretending to be asleep.

I heard the door unlock, followed by silence.

"Looks like they're all asleep." Jin said, laughing afterwards.

Ugh, he's annoying me so much-

But I gotta stay calm, and keep my cool.

I could listen in on their conversation, maybe even find out how to get out of here?

Before I could think anything more, I heard footsteps of some people walking into the room.

"Check if they're awake." Jin commanded.

I kept my eyes closed, praying that they would be dumb enough to think I'm asleep.

I heard a guard walking towards me, lightly shaking me.

I let him shake me, resisting the urge to slap his hand away.

"She's asleep." The guard said and walked over to Yoongi.

I was close to breathing out of relief, but luckily didn't do it.

I felt a pair of eyes looking at me, probably Jin's.

That guy has been holding a grudge with me for like forever.

I think they shook Tae, and made him fall on the floor, because I heard a thud and a little groan.

Poor Taetae...

"None of them are awake, boss." One of the guards informed.

You thought.

"Good. You, you and you- Keep an eye on them. And the rest of you, keep an eye on Hoseok, Jimin and Jungkook." Jin said.

So Jimin, Jungkook and Hoseok are also here...

How are we supposed to escape now?

"Make sure to guard the exit, and the backdoor with 4 guards at least. We don't want any of them escaping."

"Got it, boss!" They all said in unison.

I heard them walking outside, and the door slam shut.

I opened my eyes a little, just to make sure if they left for real or might be tricking us.

They were gone.

I went over to Taehyung, helping him sit up.

I looked over at Namjoon, he was still leaning against the walls.

I shook Yoongi and Taehyung, making Yoongi groan before opening his eyes.

"What?"

"Wake up the others, then I'll tell you all!" I walked over to Namjoon, shaking him.

"Namjoon, wake up." It took him a bit of time waking up, but eventually he did.

I looked over at Taehyung, and saw that he was stretching his arms.

Then I looked at Yoongi, making eyecontact with him.

"We're all awake, you can tell us." I nod and sit down in front of Taehyung.

"Namjoon and Yoongi, come closer."

They did as they were told, and I looked from Namjoon, to Taehyung, to Yoongi.
