The young man groaned in frustration, his weak scared hands pushing the small motorcycle up the steep hill. It was dark all around him, silhouettes of trees surrounding his frame, the moon casting faint light onto the scenery that for the most part swallowed its silver rays with ease.
"Goddammit, what the fuck is wrong with people…?" The blonde man hissed out under his breath, his arms and legs already aching. "Who the fuck orders a pizza in the middle of the night? Let alone on the top of a fucking mountain!" Clicking his tongue he pushed harder. "It's probably some dumb teenagers making fun of me."
None the less he kept going, small twigs snapping under his feet as he marched through the dark forest, pizza boxes that were strapped to the back of the motorcycle luring him with the scent of food.
As he finally came out of the tangle of plants his eyes widened in shock seeing a giant castle looming over him that sure wasn't there the time he started climbing. The structure was enormous, long rocky stairs leading him to the entrance, the big double doors carved with different swirly designs. That mansion was most definitely extremely old, with big dents in the walls and rusty chains attached to the bricks that clicked slightly with the gentle movement of the wind.
"What the f-fuck…" he weakly mumbled, the males gaze scanning over the building.
He hesitantly took a hold of the motorcycle and pushed it up the stairs, hard marble gracely supporting his feet. The male shuddered hearing the distance cracking of the crows that pierced the eirry silence, his steps creating a quiet repetitive echo.
The air was tense as if someone was watching him.
As he arrived at the gates he lightly pushed the double doors expecting them to not budge seeing how big and heavy they were.
They opened up with ease, a long creak stretching out with its movement like a cry.
"H-Hello?" The man called out as he stepped through the entrance only to end up in a small vibrant garden, a wide pavement in the middle leading to another door at the end of the room.
The twenty-year-old cautiously walked down the road, leaves occasionally carrasing uniform like fingers. The male almost jumped out of his skin as he heard a thud right next to him he turned around ready to scream before he realized that it was just a half-rotten apple that fell off a tree, the fruit splattering all over the pavement.
"This place is creepy as fuck.." The blonde breathed out looking at all the marble statues and dry fountains that were all covered in ivy and moss.
When he reached the door the male propped the motorcycle by the brick wall and took the pizza box in hand. Taking a large breath the dark-eyed man pushed open the heavy door and walked inside. The hallway was long and dark, bare walls creating a repeating pattern of grey bricks that became small and smaller the further they dove into the darkness as if the corridor was sucking them in.
"This got to be some type of sick joke!" He started to march through the hallway, the blondes steps bouncing off the rocky walls making it seem like someone was walking behind him.
The man saw a twinkle of silver light in the distance before he came out to a smaller room with three entrances, one giant door in the middle and two openings with stairs leading up.
Paintings were covering the entirety of the walls, some parts of the paint flacking off giving an old fairy tale like look to the different characters drawn onto the bricks. The people presented were mostly angels, with giant white wings at their back and vibrant golden aureoles around their heads that seemed to twinkle in the gentle moonlight coming from the window in the ceiling.
