Noah gripped your shoulders with his hands tighter as you carried him on your back, sprinting down the steep hill you made sure that you weren't running too fast for the small boy.
"W-When will we get there." The teen groaned out through gritted teeth, he was not taking the immense speed you were moving at well.
"Very soon." You yelled back, the harsh wind blocking most of your hearing.
The male sulked back, his gaze moving down onto the back of your head watching your goldish white hair move with the air. On the right side of your neck, he could see deep marks after four sharp canines, each one of them having a slightly smaller dot next to it. Your markings had a slightly brown bluish color to them unlike Noah's which were still red and inflated, a fresh wound unlike yours.
Your body was completely cold to the touch like a corpse. Is this what he was going to become? Noah shivered at the thought alone.
"We are almost here." You said and leaped into the air making the teen squeal slightly as you landed on the hard ground with ease.
You were in front of a base of a large mountain, a giant stone covered in moss placed against the sharp steep.
Placing Noah on the ground you walked closer to the rock before bowing your head respectfully with a small smile. "It's good seeing you Landwill. I'm glad that you're alive and well."
The male behind you looked up at the rock and back at you with a confused expression.
Suddenly the ground started to shake as something inside the rock started to snap and crack before a shape of what seemed like a face sprung out of the boulder.
Noah screeched in fear and quickly hid behind you.
"It's good to see you're alive as well." The face said in a deep voice, similar to a rumbling of thunder. It looked down and squinted its eyes. "I've heard who should I be expecting, is this the youngling?" The rock asked staring at Noah.
"It is." You replied and pushed the teen slightly forward for the bulder to get a better view.
Noah simply bowed his head nervously. After getting a quick look at the boy the creature cleared its throat.
"Well, It would be delightful to chat for a bit longer but I know you're in quite a hurry, some of the Family is already inside." That saying the stone started to move to the side, slowly but gradually exposing an entrance on the side of the mountain.
"Wow," Noah whispered in amazement, staring at the dark entry, the frames of it made out of glossy marble that was slightly covered by moss at its sides.
"Well, shall we go?" You asked turning to the boy with a small grin.
"Y-Yeah..." he murmured back.
As you both passed through the doors and into the darkness, you could hear the stone creatures voice rumble behind you: "Farewell." Before the entrance was once again covered.
You walked further into the dark until a small light started to twinkle at the end of the hallway, the entire time the human clutching to the back of your coat.
Finally arriving at a door litted in the dark by two torches you opened the small entry and waltzed right inside.
On the other side was a hallway going to the right and left, walls and floor bare, illuminated by metal lanterns.
Noah gazed over the area, taking in the peaceful silence that filled the cold air. As the teen walked a little forward he almost jumped out of his skin as a figure dropped from the ceiling right in front of him
