"Muzan is joking.... right?" Nao asked nervously but when Muzan shook his head, Nao's smile suddenly fell and she found herself questioning Muzan nonstop.

"Why?"

"I thought Muzan was going to send me back!"

"Please stop joking!"

"When is Muzan going to admit that he lied to me? That Muzan is only joking!"

"Why won't Muzan answer me!"

"I am not joking nor am I lying. When I say Nao-san will stay here, I mean it." Muzan said with a sharp gaze.

Nao cried. "But why? Why is Muzan keeping me imprisoned here?"

"If Nao-san thinks she's being imprisoned then so be it but Nao-san will stay here and that is final. I will provide for you, give you anything you want. Be it jewelries, treasures of any kind or even clothes that you need. Just say it and it will be done as long as Nao-san stays here." Muzan stood up but Nao was not simply going to accept his answer just like that.

She stood up as well and continued to ask him.

"But I can't stay with Muzan! I have a family. I have my brother and he's probably worried about me." Nao reasoned but all she received was a blank look from Muzan.

"That Ubuyashiki never cared for you at all. Who would leave their own sister defenseless from demons? Why would Nao-san want to go back to a man like him? "

"Muzan...!" Nao's face immediately flushed. " Don't insult Kagaya-onii-sama infront of me. He's my brother and I respect him a lot."

"He doesn't deserve you."

"Muzan enough, please." Nao said as she shook her head. The situation was mentally stressing Nao out, she could not believe that she's having this kind of conversation with Muzan.

"Please. Just take me back home." When Muzan didn't respond, she spoke again.

"Muzan please, take me home! I want to go back home already. "

Muzan's expression still didn't change, Nao began to feel frustrated as tears started forming on the corner of her eyes.

"B-But why...? I listened to Muzan and I gave Muzan my trust. I even drank the medicine Muzan gave me. Twice. I... why are you doing this...? Is it still not enough?" Nao asked pleadingly as she clutched her hands to her chest.

"I did what you told me. Why can't Muzan grant my request and let me go? What are you afraid of?"

When he tried to hold her hand, Nao took a few steps back and shook her head. She didn't want him touching her when he's gotten so clingy and obsessed lately.

And there's also the fact that Nao easily melts when he's holding her close.

"Mimi!" Muzan's loud voice startled her and Nao looked at him to see how annoyed his expression was.

"If I told you that you're staying then you are staying! My orders are absolute. Do not defy me!"

Her eyes widened at his words. It's as if he really wanted to keep her locked up.

"Muzan..?" Nao yelped when he grabbed her waist and pulled her chin up, his pupils were dilated and he looked furious.

Nao actually felt scared for once.
