The island itself is something straight out of a movie, the trees are covered in moss that brings me back to the first time I landed on Earth, where everything is green and full of life. Emori leads me and Clarke  through the dense forest, and her eyes on the trees as she looks for any possible dangers. Roan stayed behind with the other guards on the island in order to unload the fuel, but he pretty much told me my help wasn't needed considering I still only have one arm.

When we reach the large clearing that reveals an old looking triangular building, I stop for a second as I look at the rundown and ugly looking structure,

"Becca's lab is in there?" I question, and Emori gives me a slight nod of her head before continuing on,

"It looks a lot better on the inside, trust me," she explains, and I am forced to take her word for it as we trek towards it.

When we reach the front door, Emori hits a single button before the large metal door slides up, revealing the inside.

I don't think I have ever seen so much high class tech in my life, not even mount weather or the Ark itself could compare to the sleek, technological beauty of the lab. The walls are a sleek silver, and the entire floor is covered with sleek modern paintings and bright lights that are beginning to give me a headache.

As soon as we descend upon a slight of stairs, Jackson appears from behind a corner, his face held with a smile as he looks us both over,

"Clarke, Kat, welcome to Becca's lab," he greets, and Clarke seems to be just as amazed as I am,

"How did all of this survive Alie's bombs?" I question, my mind going back to all of the ruined buildings that cover the rest of the world in result from Alie's movement to rid the world of too many humans,

"It's all underground," he explains, leading us further into the lab, "This is Becca's main research lab, but there are five other levels," he leads us into a wide room, and my eyes widen as I take a look around.

The room itself contains more equipment than I have ever seen, and most of it is unknown to me, Everything looks brand new, and I look towards the edge of the room where the ship Raven had intended to use the fuel for is kept,

"Incredible," Clarke breathes, and I have to agree as I take another look at the technology around me.

I watch as Clarke finds the one person in the room who truly matters to her, her mother. Clarke smiles as she practically runs down the steps that lead to the bottom floor, her arms instantly going around Abby's as they embrace each other in a tight hug,

"I'll go check on Raven and Luna," Jackson says, and I turn to face him,

"I'll go with," I tell him, and he nods his head before leading me out of the room. Me and Clarke may have had a 'moment' by the beach, but she still has a lot to make up for in my mind. Her explaining Emersyn's death being a start.

Jackson leads me down a few sets of stairs before opening a door,  revealing another lavish room containing a few couches and more expensive looking lab equipment. I spot both Luna and Raven passed out on the couches, their breathing even as they sleep,

"Is raven ok?" I ask, slowly going over to her side as I look her over,

"She has a stroke, she's been having seizures, but she can easily be cured. Abby's been keeping a close eye on her, but she's been refusing to take it easy like she's supposed to," he explains, and I smile, shaking my head,

"She's a stubborn asshole, always has been," I remark, and I sit down next to her,

"I can keep an eye on them. Go help Abby, I'm sure she could use the help," I usher him from the room. He hesitates a second before looking between me and Raven, before he vacates the lab, leaving me alone with the two sleeping women. Both of them as stubborn as a mule, and both of them deadly in different ways.
