Chapter 25 A List

Tony's Pov:

"I know you are hiding something Captain." The accent threw me off a bit.

"Woah what's going on?" I asked.

"Stay out of it." Steve growled at me and I raised a brow.

"Um no...My tower, my problem." I said and the other Alpha was looking at me.

"Tony." Steve hissed looking at me and snarling. I saw Stephen's jaw clench probably wanting to get involved but also wanting to let me handle it...If I need him I'd tell him.

"Keep snarling at me and we are going to have a problem...Who are you?" I asked the other Alpha.

"Prince T'Challa." He said walking toward me and pressing a kiss to my hand and I raised a brow then glanced at Stephen making sure that didn't just piss him off.

"You are arguing with a damn Prince...What the fuck, Steve?" I asked. Why did he kiss my hand? I glanced at Stephen again who looked at the Prince confused.

"There is nothing to argue about." Steve said.

"Yet you seem pretty defensive." I said and the prince nodded.

"He is hiding something." The prince said.

"Steve?" I asked.

"Alright! It was Bucky!" Steve snapped...Who was Bucky?

"So you admit you know who killed my father!" The prince snarled...uh...What?

"Wait...What?" I asked.

"The guy that attacked the UN." The prince said...Oh...Oh fuck!

"He's my friend!" Steve snarled.

"He killed my father! He's a criminal!" The Prince snarled.

"You sure about that?" I asked and they both looked at me...Think.

"What do you mean?" The Prince asked.

"Ever heard of Hydra? " I asked.

"Hydra?" The Prince asked.

"Nazis...May want to look into that." I said.

"Why?" The prince asked.

"Pretty sure they did it." I said and he frowned studying me.

"Fine...But this is not over Captain." The Prince said and we all watched him leave.

"How would you know Hydra did it?" Steve asked.

"Genius." I said and he growled.

"Tony...Do you know something?" Steve asked and I tensed.

"No." I lied.

"Tony." Steve growled and Stephen looked at me...His eyes telling me he wanted to defend me.

"That's my name." I chirped.

"Tell me what you know." Steve used his alpha voice and I felt the omega in me flinch...

"The mitochondria is the power house of the cell." I said and he blinked.

"That is not what I meant." Steve said.

"Clint sleeps with a teddie bear." I said.

"His name is Sir Wugglesworth." Clint added and the new guy snorted.

"Tony, tell me what you know about the UN attack." Steve said.

"Nothing." I said cause I didn't...I didn't actually know what happened.
