'Why don't you just man up and tell her.'
Eddie sighed as he entered his shared apartment with best friend/sort of girlfriend y/n, he lowered his voice as he heard her singing to SZA as she cooked them dinner.
"Because we just can't okay, listen if she found out about us she would flip out, and if she flips out then I flip out and then you go crazy and take control and its just gonna turn into a giant disaster." he ranted.
'Wuss'
"Okay I think its time for you to shut up."
He was snapped out of his conversation by a spatula being shook left to right in his face.
"Eddie, you there?"
He took in your appearance and noticed the way your skin softly glowed as your hair was in a half up half down style. Truly, you looked beautiful, but Eddie would never have the guts to say that.
"Yeah, yeah I'm fine, I'm fine."
Though she didn't look convinced, she brushed it off and decided to go back to cooking.
"Okay weirdo, well food is almost ready so get ready to eat."
'I can think of another thing to eat.'
"Shut up you idiot!" he snapped at him as he grabbed a plate for his food.
"Excuse me? What the hell is up with you?" Y/n was beginning to get pissed off, she wanted to know what was up with him and why he was acting this way?
"Nothing, nothing, I'm sorry y/n I'm just not in the right head space right now."
'Too bad I'm in your head and there's nothing you can do about it.' Eddie could feel him smirk and oh, how badly he wanted to rip Venom apart. He watched as the girl sighed and put food on his plate, setting the spatula down she grabs her keys and jacket.
"Where you going?"
"I'll be back just have to get something at the store from Mrs.Chen." and with that she left the apartment leaving Eddie with his thoughts....and Venom.
About twenty minutes had passed when suddenly Eddie's body was jerked towards the door.
"What the hell?! Venom!"
'She's in trouble.'
"Who?"
'Y/n'
And just like that he let him take over his body and went to go save the woman that he loved.
"Don't move." The person yelled as he pointed his gun at Y/n and Mrs.Chen.
To say that she was afraid was an understatement, she was terrified. Listening to what the man said she moved over by the store owner and set her wallet down in front of him. Grabbing her wallet and removing the cash and credit cards from her wallet, she tried to grab the metal crowbar that was hidden underneath the register.
"Hey what did I say about moving?" the guy points the gun directly at her face.
Her body starts to shake as she sees his finger get ready to pull the trigger, just as she was about to say a silent prayer she is startled out of position when a deep, murderous growl erupted from behind the man.
'I suggest you put that down before I eat you alive.'
Turning around the man freezes in his spot as all three of them take in this unknown creature that stands right before them. Raising the gun at it, it is smacked out of his hand and all Y/n could do was watch the scene in front of her.
