a few days had passed and i wasn't my usual self. but i just pushed through it. i was getting homesick i think. just then my phone buzzed beside be:

daviddorik: hey elana i've seen your videos and they're great! i think we should collab some time soon if your in LA! hope to hear back from you!

elanatruoiz: hey david! i actually haven't heard of you but i'll take your word and yes i would love to collab! maybe sometime today if your not busy?! my week is pretty action packed

daviddobrik: sure just look up my name and you'll find my address!

i frantically got ready and showered. i did a simple make up look with a few lose curls in my hair pairing it with a pair of rip jeans and a whites ripped tank top with a fuzzy jacket over top.

i got in my car and drove away from my apartment. as i put it in my gps that it was 34 minutes away! holy this is like a hike to get to david's place.

i stopped at dunkin donuts and got myself a iced coffee so that i had something to sip
on for my long drive.
