A few weeks later. At Jax's. Morning. 

 I walked over to his bed and sat down next to him .

Jax looked at me, sleepy "morning, baby"

Me "morning"

He eyed the cup in my hand "I thought you hate coffee"

I nodded and offered it to him "I do but this is for you"

He moved up so that he was leaning against the headboard and grabbed the cup "thanks you, baby"

I nodded.

He took a sip from it but then eyed me "you okay?"

I nodded "yeah, sure"

He rested his free arm on my legs "what's wrong? talk to me"

Me "Jax, what exactly do you remember from last night?"

Jax took a deep breath "depends"

Me "on what?"

Jax "on what you are talking about"

Me "you were pretty drunk last night"

He nodded "I remember that"

Me "and you said some stuff"

He nodded "I also remember"

Me "you asked me to marry you last night"

He looked at his coffee, knowing exactly what I was talking about.

Me "did you ask me because you were shitfaced drunk or did you actually mean it?"

He sighed and looked at me.

Me "Jax, listen, the last thing I'm gonna be is mad or upset, okay? I just wanna know –"

Jax "where you're at in my life?"

I nodded.

He nodded and put the cup on the nightstand "is Abel already up?"

I nodded, confused "He's playing in the living room with his action figures. Why?"

Jax called out "Abel!"

Abel appeared in the door frame with his soldier in his hand-

Jax "remember the thing I gave you the other day? The one I told you to hide from your mommy"

Abel nodded and rushed away.

I looked at Jax confused "what are you talking about?"

Abel ran back to us and jumped on the bed with a stuffed wolf.

I looked at him confused.

Jax grabbed the wolf and looked at me "you wanted to know where you're at in my life."

Then he put it on my lap and I looked at it confused till my heart skipped a beat.

There was a ring attached to its collar.

I looked at Jax "what..?"

Jax nodded, smirking "what do you say? You wanna marry me?"

I smirked amused "that is exactly what you said last night when you were drunk"

Jax "but I'm not drunk now....i hope"

I didn't know what to say.

Jax nodded at Abel.

Abel looked at me and gave me the puppy eyes "can you marry my daddy?"

Jax said sternly "Abel"

Abel added sweetly "please"
