Gemma walked into the kitchen "morning"
Me "morning "
Gemma "sorry, i just, um i fell asleep on the daybed. "
Me "i passed out on the couch. Jax put us all to bed"
Gemma "where is he?"
Me "Club business"
Gemma sat down at the table and smiled at Abel " hey baby"
Me "i gotta meet up with the boys later. you want to stop by and check on Abel?"
Gemma nodded "okay. Thanks"
I smiled.
Gemma looked at the newspaper "oh god"
I nodded "i know. Rita's in intensive care."
Gemma "who the hell is doing this to us?"
I sighed.
Oakland. At the harbor
I pulled over next to Bobby and Chibs who were sitting on their bikes.
there was a black limo parked there. Jax and Pope are probably in there.
Jax bike was standing there.
Chibs "mornin', Selena"
Me "how long he's been in there?"
Bobby shrugged "half an hour"
I saw Jax getting out of the car and walking to us.
Me "how was it?"
Jax put a hand on my lower back and kissed me "I'll tell you that at the clubhouse"
