"we'll be late to class" i never wanted to let go of him.
"i don't care. i've missed you so much." i sobbed softly on his shoulder.
"i've missed you too." he said, his voice breaking.
"let's go to the park." i took his hand in mine and started walking in the direction of the park.
he followed, holding my hand tightly. we sat down on the bench once we got there. i could hear the faint sound of the school bell ringing. i didn't care, neither did he. i didn't let go of his hand as we sat in peace.
"i'll tell you everything." he looked deep into my eyes.
he explained in detail about the tests and examinations that were done on him. my heart broke at how he was treated by his parents. he had suffered both mentally and physically for two months in tokyo.
"but it wasn't all bad... i finally got to get to know my older brother, taesung, who was so kind." a smile appeared on his face and my heart felt at ease.
"that's amazing tae, but i'm so sorry that you had to go through that..." i hugged him again.
