Namjoon FF - Winner

Eye Contact

We all went towards the living room since Harin had a few finishing touches she had to do.

"Baekhyun hyung? What are you doing here?" Taehyung asked confused. The familiar but unfamiliar face had not been introduced yet had been asked.

"Well, Y/n invited me over for dinner." He plainly stated smiling at Taehyung.

"Oh... well we have a lot to catch up on." Taehyung said to Baekhyun as they started a conversation of their own.

I sat there awkwardly waiting for Harin to call for us but she didn't, not yet at least.

"Wait... aren't you that girl from the airport?" The blonde girl who was attached to Namjoon stated.

She looked over at him to translate but i wanted to act dumb and pretend I didn't know English.

So he did.

"Ah, yes! I remember you now. You're very pretty...-"

"Jessica!" She said a little too eagerly and smiled.

Well she understood some Korean.

"My name is Y/n, nice to meet you."

"You too-"

"Dinners ready!" Ha-Rin announced from the kitchen.

We all got up and started to walk over. I kept making accidental eye contact with Namjoon which made me even more nervous. I felt a tap on my shoulder followed by a reassuring smile from Baekhyun.

I smiled back and we all got seated.

We all talked about everything that was happening and how Jessica and namjoon met.

Their story didn't make much sense...

"We met through our company!" Jessica said

"Yes, at a photoshoot. Namjoon said trying to add on to the story which made it sound even worse.

"Okay..." I answered.

Everyone else was concentrated in their conversations that I took this chance to slip away and play with amber who was playing with her toys in the other room. She was eating a little bit of soup that Harin had made for her.

"Y/n! I missed you." She said and smiled. She hugged me which made me smile at her and hug her back.

"What are you doing? Finish your soup or your moms going to get mad." I pouted.

"Okay, Okay." She said and sat next to me and gave me her bowl to feed her. So I did, she finished her food in no time.

{Namjoon POV}:

I saw y/n get up and so did Baekhyun since we made accidental eye contact. I looked away and back at Jessica. After a while I looked over to the living room, y/n was feeding amber...

' This could've been us, that could've been my daughter in that spot.' I thought to myself. 

'you will know why I left you soon, hopefully this will fix us. I just wish I could tell you I don't like Jessica and I did it to protect you, to be with you, I love you.' I got out of my thoughts and went back to the dinner.

{Y/n POV}:

Dinner had ended and it was a hour past midnight. Everyone was leaving home but I stopped Jimin on the way out.

"Meet me at the park tomorrow at 3, I have someone who wants to see you." I told him and he nodded and smiled.

Everyone was gone and I took Jia and amber to their room.

Harin locked the door and I plopped on the couch.

"Well, that went well." I said looking at Harin.

"If you mean a weird tension in the air from your ex and your new boo then yea it went well." She said as she sat down next to me.

"He's not my new boo." I said shaking my head.

"Right, well either way, I can tell somethings going on. I just don't know what..." Harin said.

"Yea okay..." I said and sighed.

{Jia POV}

'If only you knew... he told me not to tell, I'm sorry.'

Sorry this took so long to publish, I have been going through a lot but hopefully I will start posting more. 💕
