"Matt, be a good boy while you are with Uncle Steve and Uncle Daniel. It would be best if you didn't play with anything breakable in Uncle Steve's shop. Okay?" Anne told Matt while she is tucking his shirt on his pants.

"I have never been naughty to Uncle Steve, Marie," her little man answered while looking at her with those innocent blue eyes.

"Well, that is good to hear, but it is not bad to remind you," she told Matt while touching his nose with her fingertip. "Okay, now, time for me to drop you at Uncle Daniel's place so he can bring you to Uncle Steve's as I have to go to granny's laundry too." She said as she got up from her bending on knee position.

Her friend, Daniel, sometimes asked her to bring Matt to him if his boyfriend, Steve, has some events for children's and they want Matt to attend it. Or sometimes, they just wanted to bring Matt to amusement parks.

Daniel met Steve through her. He was her Boss on her part-time job after she had given birth to Matt. Daniel, whose at that time was single, always dropped by to visit her if he has no class. It was after a few months she found out that her Boss and her friend is already dating. She was happy to find out about it because even though Steve is older than her friend, but she knows him to be a sincere person. The right person that her friend needs and so far it has been almost four years, but their relationship is still stable.

They go out of their room to go to the garage. Before reaching the main door, Anne's younger brother goes out of his bedroom. His tousled brown hair betrayed his just awakened state.

"Hey, Matty. Where are you going so early?"

"I am going to Uncle Daniel and Uncle Steve," Matt answered at the same time, unclasping his hands from her to run to Adam.

"Adam, I will be in the garage. Once you two finished talking, bring Matt," she told them as she saw Matt holding on to Adam while asking him in a hushed tone.

She had waited ten minutes before uncle and nephew come out on the door.

Once Adam placed Matt on his convertible car seat, they left the house so she can drive to Daniel's place.

Meanwhile, Brent has just taken his shower after he had jogged in his neighborhood, a schedule he usually does every Saturday morning. The rest of the week, he only spends at least thirty minutes in his gym before starting his day.

He was choosing which watch to wear when his eyes drifted to an old box. He is not a sentimental person, but that one box, he can't let go. He cannot count the times he had thrown it in the garbage only to pick it up again.

Unwillingly, he took the box and looked at it. He wanted to open it, but to do it will only remind him of his past. "He had done what was best." he thought while returning the torn box to its place.

It has been more than two weeks since he didn't go to the fashion house, not because he was scared of his feelings. At that time, he knew it was just a spur of the moment. His anger pushed him to do it. The reason was that he went for a business trip to England last week, and the manager responsible there is also competent enough that his constant presence there is not needed.

The ringing of his phone reminded him he has to go already. Amanda and her wedding planner friend went to meet the event decorator, and she wanted him to be there too.

Last weekend, he and Amanda discussed their wedding date. At first, he wanted his wedding to be simple. After the catastrophe that had happened to his past plans of marriage, he now wanted everything to be out of the public eyes, but he cannot deprive Amanda of her dream wedding day. In the end, they both agreed to have it eight months from this month. That is to have ample time for everything.
