"It needs a little work but I'm sure you can turn this place around." Travis said patting me on the back. I mugged him before turning my attention to the building again.
I didn't expect this shit to look hella high maintenance but damn this shit was tore up.

"Alright remember you can turn this around." Trap smiled handing me the keys before leaving.
