"What!?" Nandini exclaimed
"Tum vahi ruko, main kuch karta hu" Anurag checked his pockets and found that his phone is missing
"Mera phone..... kaha gaya?! Damn it!"
"Kya hua?"
"Mera Phone.... phone nahi mil raha, tum apna phone nikalo"
"Haa.... {She started to search but then realised that she left her phone and bag at the cabin itself}mera phone!? Ayyappaa! kaisi Nandu ko paida kiya aapne, bada planning kar ke photos lene aayi thi, phone cabin mein hi rakh kar, stupid"
"Tum vaha apne aap se baat karna band karo aur phone nikalo"
"Voh mera phone...{She was about to tell but her eyes got stuck on the phone laying on the floor}, arrey tumhara phone yahi par hai. Tum vahi ruko main aati hu, darna mat ha" She took his phone and started searching for the torchlight app while walking towards him.
"Kaun darr raha hai!?" 
"Tum aur kaun! Mujhe pata hai tumhe andhere se dar lagta hai"
"Ohh hello Madam, mujhe koyi dar var nahi lagta"
"Hmm pata hai... yeh lo phone"
"Main security ko call karta hu, wait" He dialled the number 
"Ohh shit!! Network bhi nahi hai yaha pe"
"Kya?!! Ayyappa yeh har baar meri saath hi kyu hoti hai?!" She complained to her God
"Achaa, toh yeh tumhara rozz ka kaam hai, store room mein band hona!?"
"Esa nahi hai, bas ek baar"
"Hmm... ab yaha se chillaane se bhi koyi nahi sunega, kyun ki ab 6:30pm ho chuki hai, saare ke saare chale gaye honge"
"Par security toh honge na?"
"Madam, yeh storeroom office ki back side pe hai, yaha se chillane se kuch nahi hoga, aur vaise bhi unhone hi band kiya hoga"
"Ab kya kare?!"
"Nothing, jab hum ghar nahi pahunchenge toh sab log doond ke aajayenge, tab tak yahi ruk na padega"
"Ayyappaa!!"
"Acha ab kuch karne ke liye nahi hai toh tum apna story hi bata do" He sat down on the chair placing his one elbow on the table.
"Story?!"
"Haa vahi store room waali"
"Ayyappaa main bata du?!, ek baar try toh kar sakti hu, hai na... agar Manik ko kuch yaad aa gaya toh!" She thought to herself
"Nandini?!"
"Haa, haa voh... ek minute" She then started searching here and there
"Tum kya doond rahi hai?, 

Nandini,phir se lag jaayegi, 

kar kya rahi hai?!"

She took a basin and put some papers in it and then she fired it.

"Ab toh tumhe darr nahi lagega"

"Really!!? Tumhe yeh sab science dikhaane ki kya zaroorath thi?, humare paas mobile hai, Madam" He stood there placing his hands on his hips

"Ha.. {She got embarrassed and started thinking for an excuse} voh.. battery.. battery drain ho jaayenge na, so.."

"Hmm, vaise tum har baar meri darr ke baare mein kyu baat kar rahi ho? Mujhe sach mein andhere se darr nahi lagta" He said while sitting on the chair again.

She got a little sad hearing this and asked him, "Really?! Tumhe itna sa bhi darr nahi lagta" 

"Nahi.... jitna mujhe yaad hai utne mein main hospital mein tha and 1-year coma, isse zyada andhera kya ho sakta hai. So I'm kinda used to it" He shrugged his shoulder.

"Parr usse lagta tha" She said absent-mindedly, looking at the flame

"Kisse?!"

Sharma House

Rajesh entered the house and Veena came to him to take his bag from him, and noticed that Nandini is not with him, 

"Nandu kaha hai?!"

Rajesh looked at her in confusion, "Nandini toh pehle aa gayi thi na?"

"Nahi Baaba, Nandini nahi aayi abhi tak" Maya said 

"Kya?! Abhi tak nahi aayi, phir kaha gayi!?" Rajesh said in fear

 Prerna and Shivani also came downstairs.
