Anurag then immediately started making her sit comfortably, somewhat nervous, somewhat fast... he doesn't know what to do or what not to...
Prerna looked at him confused and then realized his dilemma, she held his hand, "Anurag..."
"Huh...haa Prerna tum abhi se kuch mat karna, jo bhi hai main kar lunga... tumhari khana-peena sab main{immediately he noticed the wine glass in front of her and his anger came to his nose} Wine?! Prerna how can you be this careless?... tumhe pata hai na iss time pe wine nahi peete, tumhe yaad hai na Nan"
But his non-stop conversation interrupted by other family members,
"Don't worry brother, voh wine nahi hai, pomegranate juice hai.... and its good for her health, saasumaa ne khud apni haatho se banayi hai" Anupam said all these while taking him to a side

"Ofcourse Maa, aap ne dekha nahi ithne mein bhi iss ne ithna hyperactive ho gaya,... pata nahi aage aage hum Prerna ko sambhaalu ya isko" Nivedita again teased
Moloy silently came towards Prerna, and then hugged her wholeheartedly, "Aaj tumne sirf mujhe nahi balki Rajesh ko khush kar diya hai beta... uski aashirvad humesha tere saath hoga"

Suddenly Anurag's phone rang, "Ithni raat gaye kaun call kar raha hai?!" Mohini said
Shanno, Venkatesh, and Rishab are waiting outside the labour room, all tensed,
"Pata nahi Nandu kaisi hai?.... Murthyji, yeh doctor baahar kab aayenge?!"
"Mujhe kaise pata?... Ayyappaa meri Nandu ki raksha karna"
"Appaa, Amms ka call? Kya bolu?!" Rishab extended the cell phone worridely

Venkatesh was talking to Amms, and his eyes widened in surprise when he saw Manik running towards him, after stepping out from the taxi.
"Manik?"
"Chachaji... Nandu?!" Manik asked all tensed
"Voh labour room" But Manik didn't give him the time to finish, he ran towards the labour room

Doctor came out as soon as Manik reached there.
"Doctor.... Nandu kaisi hai?, voh theek hai na?!...."
"Dekhiye Mr.Malhotra, aap pehle shaant ho jaayiye and come with me to my cabin"

Doctor's cabin
"Doctor, delivery date ke liye abhi bhi two weeks baaki hai na? toh phir achanak ese voh faint kyun ho gayi?!"
"Due to early contractions... scan results ke mutabiq we shouldn't wait for normal delivery"
"Then?!"
"C-section, otherwise it will be difficult for both baby and mother"
"Please doctor aapko jo theek lage voh karo... I want my Nandini back, safe and sound"

Shanno and Venkatesh are also standing beside Manik, who is sitting with the doctor near the entrance of the labour room.
"Thoda complicated hai... kyun ki baby ki position thoda problamatic hai...but trust me okay?"

Manik came in, dressed in the hospital gown, and looked at a tired Nandini, sleeping on the bed.
He slowly touched her forehead and pressed his lips there.
Nandini stirred slightly and slowly opened her eyes, "Manik"
"Ab pain kaisi hai?!" She smiled slowly and blinked her eyes in assurance
"Manik, humara baby theek hain na?!"
"Hmm... par lagta hai, voh bahut jaldi mein hai...."
"Hmm... doctor ne bataya mujhe"
"Tumhe darr hai?"
"Ab nahi" She squeezed his hand and smiled...
He hugged her without hurting her, "I'm here... bas tum mujhe promise karo ki, you will be fit and fine"
