In The Now

~3RD PERSON POV~

As the three retrieved the realm key, they quickly sailed back to Phoenix Drop. Curiosity overwhelmed the girls. They wanted to know what happened or what Angela meant. They stare at Zane who is at the quarterdeck next to the one who holds the wheel. They saw a strong and cold-hearted man but saw in his eyes sadness. They didn't know what Angela meant to Zane but they just felt bothered by the fact they saw Zane kill Angela and ended up to be the realm key.

Kim attempted to question Zane but Katelyn stopped her and nodded her head 'no'. 

"We should wait for him to tell us." Katelyn said giving a small smile to Kim.

Kim agreed and waited until they got to Phoenix Drop.

When they arrived, they were greeted by their friends. Aphmau gave a comforting smile to all of them.

"So did you get the information?" Garroth asked as he hugged his brother.

Zane looked down and sighed. The girls knew something everyone didn't expect to see. Zane pulled out from his pocket the crystal. Everyone was shocked except for Katelyn and Kim. 

"But how...?" Garroth asked.

"It's complicated." Zane said giving the necklace to Aphmau.

He walks away and Kawaii~chan follows him. 

"What happened?" Aaron looked at Katelyn and Kim.

Katelyn sighed and looked at Kim.

"We'll tell you once we get some rest...We're poofed." Kim said trying to avoid the topic.

"Oh okay. Let's get you to the house." Aphmau said.

A few hours later....

"How did you get this?" Emmalyn asked a frustrasted Zane.

Zane gives a dirty look at everyone in the room. They back up as they see him clenching his fists.

"Zane, Katelyn, Kim.... Please tell us what happened..."Aphmau begged.

"I don't even understand how we got it." Katelyn said looking at Aphmau.he

"What?" Everyone looked at Katelyn in question.

"Zane's the only one who knew exactly what to do and then poof! He got ..." Kim said looking down.

"That. He got that." Katelyn pointed at the realm key that was being held by Emmalyn.

Everyone turned to Zane.

"Look, if I told all of you what happened then maybe you'll mock me..." Zane said looking down.

"Zane..." Kawaii~chan walked towards him.

Kawaii~chan held Zane's hand. Zane's eyes landed on Kawaii~chan's eyes. He looked away and sighed.

"Alright..." He took his hand away from Kawaii~chan and looked down.

Everyone squats like little kids listening to their parents stories or tales. Kawaii~Chan sits beside Aphmau and Aphmau gives her a comforting hug. Kawaii~chan looked down as she begins to listen to Zane.

~Zane's POV~

I took a deep breath.

"When I woke up in O'khasis, I was met by a certain girl. She had black hair like Aphmau and blue eyes like... mine. She told me that I requested to find information about Lady Irene and that she found some. She told me if I was feeling any better, then I would meet her back at the Great O'khasisian Library. I wasn't sure what I was doing but I was escorted by my guards and went there...and that's where it got a little bit odd..." I looked at everyone.
