A bright light met my eyes and I suddenly felt I was on a bed. The light depleted and my vision restored.

"Hey Kiddo."

I was quickly sat up and saw Roman smiling at me. "How have you've been doing?" He asked.

"Roman!"

I jumped into his arms and hugged him. He began to chuckle and we part from the hug. I look down and saw I was surrounded by orange lilies while Roman was surrounded with gladioluses. I turned around and saw narcissus flowers around Dad and white roses around Mom.

"W-What's with the flowers?" I asked looking around.

"It's somehow connected to us." Melissa said as iris xiphiums grew behind her.

She lowered down to my position and smiled at me.

"Sis, don't let everything control you. You have to control them. "She said holding my hand and giving me the most genuine smile I've ever seen.

"It's true." A voice behind her said.

My eyes widened at who was now in front of me. I slowly stood up shaking and in tears. I suddenly lost balance but was then caught in someone's arms.

"Hello my little rose bud."

I look up and saw Grandpa looking at me with a smile. He placed me down on the flowers and sat beside me. I quickly wipe away my tears and hugged my knees.

"Hey... it's okay. You can show your soft side to me..." He said moving a little to face me.

I looked away and sighed.

"When will you have an epiphany Y/n?" He asked and I looked at him.

"We've all come through a long way but you haven't moved. You're still having self doubt and hate." He said chuckling.

"What's funny?" I asked.

"You see, all these flowers growing and following us is what represents us." He said touching the orange lilies.

"Yours are daisies. What does that mean?" I asked looking at the flowers around him.

"What do you think it means?" He said looking at me with that calm smile of his.

"I-It means...Happiness or old age?"

He chuckled and signaled the others to sit beside me. They all did and smiled at me. I looked around and saw my father with a proud look. Mom approached me and held my hands while giving me her signature smile.

"I know you're the type who doesn't trust people easily..." Mom said caressing and looking at my hands.

"But..."

She looked at me with tears pricking on her eyes. "Mom..."

I placed my hand on top of hers as everyone started gathering around mom. I looked at them then back at mom.

"You can trust us and everyone who has stood by your side all this time." Mom said.

"We may not know you from the beginning and had been there when you grew but we're always here to support you all the way." Dad said.

I looked at him and saw him giving me a small smile and a nod.

"The past may hurt, my dear rose bud, but that doesn't mean you'd have to let it control over you. You control who you are not the past and not the darkness it holds. Your past doesn't define you." Grandpa said.

I looked at him and saw him give me a nod of reassurance. I smiled back at him and looked down.

"You saw in the waters that nothing appeared from your past, correct?" Roman asked while approaching me.
