I woke up on the floor. Must've fallen out of bed. I stood up, stretched, and almost had a spaz attack when I heard my phone buzz.

Caramel: FOR THE LAST TIME PLEASE LEAVE}
I crawled over to the dresser and grabbed my phone, wondering if it was one of my friends back in Brazil or maybe even my mom.
It was Hiro.
Hiro: is this Caramel?
Me: yeah. Why?
Hiro: just making sure you didn't give me a fake number :)
I rolled my eyes and got up to go wake Honey up. Before I left, I grabbed the picture on my dresser of the random guy.
Turns out she was already up, and making pancakes. I walked in and said,
"Hey Honey."
"Hi little sis."
I chowed down on my pancakes, but eventually stopped and asked her who the guy in the picture was.
I saw a flash of... grief in her eyes, and she looked down at her pancakes.
"Ex-boyfriend?" I asked.
"No... it's no one, Carmela. No one."
She picked up her plate still full of pancakes and dumped them in the trash, and slowly walked towards her room.
I picked up my phone and texted Hiro.
Me: Hiro can you meet me outside near that bush again?
Hiro: sure what's up?
I didn't answer. He'd find out soon enough.
