Hello, it's been a year since I've updated this book. I'm very sorry... I'll try to complete this ff as soon as I type more. I didn't realize this but  I wrote a bit of this chapter before and I never completed it. But here it is. If y'all are still reading this ff. Thank you for waiting for this long. I hope this finish this ff as one of my completed ff on here. Enjoy, more to come soon.

(Y/N) Pov:

I kept on trying to find an escape out of this place. I looked around for the closest window so I could run from where I was.

"Don't think about escaping from me (Y/N). You're stuck here with me." I looked around him to see if I could find anything useful. There were locks on the window so I can't open them without a key. "You know (Your Nickname), I don't even have the keys to these windows if I wanted to escape. That's how badly Hong Li wants to get rid of you. Marrying you off to Cheng Cheng so I can't take you anymore because you were married. Well guess what? Her plan failed in other ways she failed to impress me with her lack of skills and plans. Cheng Cheng got my back and so do I."

"I just don't want to get married at this young age. I want to find someone I like, Cai XuKun. Not marry someone I don't like at all or even consider a friend at all. You made me go through too much. Though you're always there at the end of the road waiting for me." I looked into his eyes that were staring back at me.

"(Your Nickname) I'll treat you well." He gently took my hand and placed it on his hand. "I promise you bunny, just trust me for once. Trust me with every ounce that you're willing to give to me cause I do care for you. I'll be there for you always. I won't touch you at all if you don't want me to. Cause I love you."

"Are you willing to care about me even if cause so much destruction?"

"Yes."

"You promise, KunKun?"

"I promi-."

Third Pov:

The boy didn't finish his last word instead his head started to hurt painfully. The boy screamed out in pain. He shouted the word stop over and over again in pain. He told the girl to move and go away. The girl watched him suffer in pain not knowing what to do to help him or stop this. His eyes were slowly turning grey, the cold color that was dull and filled with nothing, no emotions. The girl tried to come closer to him, but he just stared at her with his eyes like how an animal is ready to kill its prey.

(Y/N) Pov:

"I told you please don't come anywhere near me. It hurts....It hurts so bad..." I watched his eyes switch from grey to blue to brown. I watched helplessly when he was suffering from this much pain. "Don't call anyone here to help or the plan will fail and you would end up marrying Cheng Cheng. And I don't want you to." I saw tears streaming down his face. Was he sad because of pain or the thought of me with Cheng Cheng or perhaps it was just out of frustration? I got myself up and walked to the other side of the room.

Third Pov:

The girl sat on the other side of the room on the ground and closed her eyes hoping this would end anytime soon. The boy just kept on screaming and tears just kept running down, he was just waiting for this pain to go away. He didn't know what was happening to his body, but most importantly his heart. After a few hours into the night he felt the pain slowly leave his body. He glanced at the girl who was sleeping in the corner and slowly walked over there. He went ahead and carried her, placing her onto the bed. He pulled the covers to cover her body so she wouldn't be cold. He slowly pulled out the golden pins and accessories off of her hair, neatly placing them onto the table.

After everything was done he sat down on one of the chairs and then put his head down closing his eyes so he would get enough sleep for tomorrow.

~Time Skip~

The boy opened his eyes to see that light was shining in his way sunlight which meant that it was already morning, he turned around to see the girl still quiet and asleep.

Cai XuKun Pov:

Why is she so cute when she sleeps? I got myself up and tried using my magic to see if I can change my clothes with just a swish turn around. I turned around once and my clothes changed. I guess the magic portal is off now unless my magic is that strong. I opened the door with my magic and looked outside to see the huge bubble there still. I closed the door and walked away from that door to another part of this ancient building. I walked out to the garden to see servants watering the plants. Then I saw shocked faces when they turned around.

"What's wrong?" I asked. All the servants went back to what they were doing before.

Hong Li Pov:

"Where did KunKun go?" I asked one of the servants.

"We don't know Miss. He hasn't returned since he went back to his place."

"I'm going to find him myself then," I said before I walked out of the living room just to be stopped by a servant.

"Miss...." the servant said with a nervous tone.

"Yes? Is it anything important or I'm going to find my KunKun now," I said with a sassy tone.

Third Pov:

Hong Li looked at the servant, waiting for them to speak. "Mr. Cai isn't at his place right now."

"Where did he go then?" Hong Li asked with a curious tone.

"He's with Lady (Your Last Name)," the servant said while their hands were shaking.

"Tell me where they're at immediately right now," Hong Li shouted at the poor servant.

"They're at Fan ChengCheng and Lady (Your Last Name)'s place."

"You mean they're at that place of all places?!I'm going to confront them myself, not with words..." Hong Li said with a cheeky smirk.

(Y/N) Pov:

I woke up to the sound of someone barging in the room. "(Your Nickname), wake up!" I opened my eyes to see KunKun there.

"What is it?" I asked as I got up from bed.

"She's here, (Your Nickname). You need to get out of this place immediately. She's going to burn this place down and kill you."

"But what about you? Are you going to leave me again, KunKun?"

"It was you who always left me, (Your Nickname). I'll stop her this time to buy you some time. Promise me you'll leave and never look back. I'm sorry that I made you feel like I was the one who alway left you behind. This time I'll use what I got to protect you. Leave and live a happy life without me." He shoved a bag in front of me, "Take it and leave with your 古琴..."

"I'm not leaving you behind, KunKun," I said as tears started to run down my cheeks.

"I'll find you," he said as he used his hand to wipe my tears. "Remember I'll always find you if I can. I will always love you even if it seems like I may not."
