The next day I ride to school with Paige.
"I can't believe Ali did that," she says.
"Luke saw it coming," I giggle.
"Nobody else did," Paige says as we pull up to school.
We get out and find Luke and Chase. I give them both a hug.
"Guess who Ali was spotted with this morning?" Chase says.
"Who?" I ask.
"Kendall and her barbies," Luke chuckles.
"Just forget about her," I giggle.
I see Ali walking with Maddie, Kendall, and Samantha. I roll my eyes.
The bell rings.
"See you at lunch," I smile.
I walk with Paige to literature.
"Hey slut," Ali walks up to me at lunch.
"Back off you bitch," I say.
"You scared?" Maddie coos.
"Step off," Chase comes to my side.
Luke and Paige join them.
"Your little slut is just mad that Ali kissed her boyfriend," Kendall says.
Shit. Ali knows about Ricky!
"That's why he's still with me," I smirk.
I turn around and walk into the bathroom.
Ali follows me.
"You tell anyone about Ricky and that will be the last time you ever speak," I threaten.
Her eyes get wide. I smirk and walk out of the bathroom.
I grab a lunch and join the rest of the crew outside.
A week passes and it's time for Ezra to be back in school.
"You ready for this?" I ask him as we're in his car, heading to school.
"Hell yes," he chuckles.
He still has his casts on, but he can operate fine.
"Good luck," I smirk as we pull up at the school.
He drops me off out front and heads to the back to park.
I find Luke.
"Ezra's back!" I smile.
"Good. I couldn't stand that old lady sub," he chuckles.
"Same here. She was just too much," I giggle.
"She coughed way too much!" Luke chuckles.
"Welcome back Mr. Montgomery!" I smirk as I walk in his class.
Everyone is welcoming him back and I take my seat next to Paige.
"Thank you all for the welcome backs," he chuckles.
A girl raises her hand.
"Why were you gone so long?" she asks.
"I was in a bad car wreck with Coach Johnson and another friend of ours," he says.
"Damn, that sucks," I say.
"Watch the language Ms. Manders, and yes it does suck," he chuckles.
Paige smirks at me.
I smirk and sit back.
