"I'm scared," she said, voice slightly trembling. I took her hands assuring her that it was fine.
"I love you," I told her with everything I could. It wasn't the first time I had said it to her. In fact, I've said it over and over again throughout the years. However everytime, the fast thumping of my heart would get to me and it took so much courage for me to stare into her eyes and say those words.
"I-I love you too..." With teary eyes, she replied, pulling me closer to her.
"Will you accept my proposal?" I whispered as she nestled her face into my jacket.
"Yes..." Came her muffled reply.
