Hello, it's the author here. This is the second book in this series so if you want this book to make sense, please make sure you have read the first book first. The first book is called Occurrence.
Now for a brief recap:
Izuku Aizawa-Miodriya was rescued from his father Hisashi Midoriya by none other than Shota Aizawa. He was raised from the age of 7 by Aizawa. His childhood friends, Kyoka Jiro and Katsuki Bakugo helped him through his childhood. They all get into UA's hero course and do their best to develop into amazing heroes. They make friends, face adversaries and find love in their first few months of school.
In the last chapter of Occurrence, Izuku shoved Katsuki out of the way just as he was being pulled through the portal. He sacrificed himself, knowing that Hisashi would be with the league and he would most likely die.
