Sylvia calmly stayed sitting. "The ceremony cannot commence, after all, there is still one other candidate who has not yet had his magic tested..." Saying this Sylvia gave a small sly grin.

Everyone in the ceremony immediately erupted.

"THAT'S PREPOSTEROUS!"

"STOP PROLONGING THE CEREMONY!"

"STOP JOKING AROUND!"

"WHAT ABSURDITY!"

It was Chaos for a couple minutes as shouts rang out.

Quickly the royal Harold calmed things down as he turned to directly face Sylvia.

"If you're meaning to say that your fiance the First Prince has not yet had his magic tested... Well then you are sorely mistaken-"

Sylvia coldly smiled. "Ha, I'm not talking about that pitiable man. The man I am talking about is this one..." Immediately her eyes looked up at Jun.

Again the ceremony hall erupted.

"WHAT NONSENSE!"

"HE CAN'T BE A HEIR, HE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE BLACK HAIR!"

"YA! ONLY ROYALS WITH BLACK HAIR POSSESS DARK MAGIC, AND HE CLEARLY HAS LIGHT SILVER HAIR."

Sylvia knew they would think this.

After all, in Dandar black hair signified that you were a royal possessing dark magic. Just like how her hair was a dark blue, a sign that she was a royal to Canta, or how Ofstan royals had blonde hair for their light magic.

However she knew something they didn't, Jun was poisoned as a baby turning his hair a silver color. So although he didn't have black hair he still possessed dark magic. This is why he never drew any suspicion and why she could freely keep him by her side all these years.

Sylvia knew she simply had to show that Jun possessed the strongest dark magic and no one could dare deny his claim to the throne, even with silver hair. After all, the rulers in this world were determined by power.

With that thought in mind, Sylvia looked up at her confused knight while the room continued to fill with chaos.

"Jun. Release a small portion of your magic..." Sylvia gently whispered.

Jun was confused with everything going on as his mind was blank. However, as soon as he heard Sylvia's voice his blank mind instantly took in the command and started working again as he started to release some of his magic.

"I-Impossible..." Immediately the crowd shut up as they could only gawk their eyes towards the man releasing a huge amount of dark magic.

Even the prince's were all caught off guard as they could only stare blankly with wide eyes.

Seeing the quiet crowd Sylvia became pleased as she coldly stood up, dawning the disposition of a true villainess.

Quickly she moved to the side as her hand outstretched towards the man, with a cold smile she would introduce him.

"This is Jun, he is the Fifth Prince. Although his hair is silver he is 100% Dandar royalty, if you don't believe me then test his magic. Or perhaps look at the ring on his hand that clearly shows the emerald ring only given to Dandar Royalty..." Everyone looked towards the supposed new Prince's hand and sure enough, he had on a ring that was only given to Dandar royalty.

Even if that jewel always brought Jun misfortune, the Villain would change that, she would use anything and everything to her advantage.

Everyone in the hall remained deathly silent, now they had no words to express as they stood stark still waiting and watching to see what twists happened next.

"Now that there is another prince in the running, shall we not test his magic?" Sylvia turned to the quiet crowd.

"From what he has showed I'm sure you can all already tell he possesses the strongest magic. But why not test it out while we're at it, after all he's never truly been tested." Sylvia cold eyes showed off her noble arrogance as she already knew Jun would be the clear winner.

The royal Harold quickly called for the tester to be brought out. Immediately a large dark stone was brought out that could measure one's magical potential.

Jun walked towards it but was hesitant with everything happening. He looked back at Sylvia, he wasn't sure whether she wanted him to show his true potential or not, his eyes asked her what she wanted him to do.

Sylvia gently looked at Jun, her eyes slightly twinkling as she ushered him to go all out.

Getting his princess's approval, Jun put his hands on the rock and called forth his magic energy.

In the next second he went all out.

Immediately the whole ceremony hall turned black from the immense amount of magic being released.

"IT-IT'S PITCH BLACK!"

"What immense power..."

"I've never seen such powerful magic..."

The nobles were all shocked and in awe.

In all the darkness Sylvia stood up, using her lighting power her body appeared to be glowing in the darkness, sparks of lighting flashing around her.

With a slow methodical walk she stood near Jun, her appearance brought everyone out of the dark daze.

She was shining brilliantly and beautifully while her hair looked like the dark ocean as it danced in waves with electricity.

"As you can see, he is a true heir to the throne."  Sylvia declared as she stood beside Jun.

Everyone didn't know what to say as they looked at the strange pair. One a mysterious new royal who had seemingly masqueraded as a knight, and the other, a cold hearted princess who now looked dazzling and ethereal in the darkness.

As Jun finished releasing his magic, he lifted his hand off the now cracked stone.

"..."

Everyone was silent as they were truly shocked speechless.

That day, the ceremony commenced in utter silence as Jun was crowned the new King of Dandar. After all it was there rule, no matter what they would crown the strongest magic heir.

Meanwhile every nation went crazy wondering who the mysterious new King was.
