18: Wait For Me

3 days earlier;

Jimin held the ring in his palm tight and nibbles on his lower lip anxiously.

Yoongi had left again. Left him swirling in another abyss of confusion and regret.

"Why is this happening?" he mumbles to himself.

The guilt in his whole system is still eating him whole, and no one can even help him at this point.

'It's not too late, you can still make things right.' his mind subconciously tells him.

Jimin opens up his hand and stares at the ring that Yoongi rejected when his mind travels to what the older said before he left.

'Just know that the moment you throw it away, that's when you finally decided to throw my heart as well'

Something inside Jimin started to ache, and he knows exactly what it is.

His heart is aching, for Hoseok.

But it hurts more when it comes to Yoongi.

'Maybe you're supposed to do the opposite,'

Something inside Jimin's mind clicks instantly.

What if all of his decisions has been wrong from the start? What if the right thing to do is to accept the fact, that no matte how hard he tried to deny it,

He loves Yoongi. More than anything in the world.

And Yoongi loves him too.

Jimin, with that thought in mind, wasted no time. He slaps some bills on the table for his cup of coffee and dashes outside, hoping that the older isn't already gone too far.

He runs like a mad man, desperate to find Yoongi. He looks everywhere and turns to every corner, but no Yoongi was found.

He was about to give up when he spotted something blue on the corner of his eyes and turns his head towards it.

His eyes widen at the sight.

There, in the middle of a street, was Yoongi. His back was facing him, and he was kneeling at the pavement with his free hand for support.

Jimin stood there dumbfounded, but something breaks inside him as he sees Yoongi stumble slightly, body looks like it was full of pain.

He sprinted towards him just in time to catch him as Yoongi's body falls down, and Jimin couldn't felt more panic inside him.

"Yoongi!" he tried calling and shaking him multiple times but the older isn't responding.

Jimin was in full panic now as he look for a pulse and luckily, there's a faint heartbeat in it.

He quickly fishes out his phone and dials Jungkook's number, the youngest answering it after a few rings.

"Jimin --"

"H-Help Jungkook!" Jimin yells frantically through the phone, cutting Jungkook off.

"I-It's Yoongi! H-he fainted -- I don't know what to do! --"

There was a shuffling on the other line as Jimin waited for Jungkook's reply.

"Take him to the hospital Hyung." Jungkook replied, voice full of uncertainty and panic. "You need to hurry,"
