ANDRÉ'S POV:

I didn't go to school today. I knew if I did, I wouldn't concentrate. I stared at my phone, the screen was plain blank. No atom of light appeared on it. No noticafication of a new message.....no calls. And then I remembered....

It's dead.

I looked at the face of my Uncle... several emotions displayed their talents as though his face was of a stage.

"Are you?" I asked for the tenth time.

Hesitation was already performing.

"Are you?" I asked one more time..... patience was almost gone.

He faced palmed himself for about two seconds before he looked at me with pain in his eyes.

"Y-Yes."

I was caught off guard with his statement. One...was because that he's admitting he's really Gabriella's father...and two because he stammered.

Nathan Dalmonte never stammers. He's always confident....in front of his family members and non-family members.

But here I am...seeing the other side of Nathan Dalmonte that I never knew existed. The weak and vulnerable Nathan.

"So that means Gabriella and I are-"

I wasn't done with the statement I was dreading to say when he caught me off.

"What??? N-"

"Don't bother. We're related." I stood up from the seat I sat and stormed out of the house.

This is fucked up.

ARIANA'S POV:

This was my third plate of Mexican Chicken.....I haven't been here in years. I've even been avoiding the street where it's located. I just didn't want to cloud myself with memories. I wasn't ready to be worse in being an emotional trainwreck.

I begin to remember the memories of this place......how I'd race straight to here after Nathan made me so mad or made me cry at home. Here was a place I'd come to release all the pain...... through food....and when I mean food I mean chicken.....Mexican chicken. Don't ask me why they call it that.

"Ari."

I heard the name slip out of someone's lips. I immediately knew who it was. I stood up abruptly from my chair and turned around. As I knew....it was him.

"I mi-"

Slap!

I had no idea when I found my palm that was stained with chicken sauce on his cheek. I don't know why I felt so angry just seeing him.

My hand that was connected to his face fell back to me and I stared at him. I noticed people were staring also.

"I deserve that." He murmured in a pained tone.

I scoffed immediately. "Of course you do!" I drowned back into my seat and focused on my chicken.

He sat besides me and God I felt so intimidated. There's one thing I hated about Nathan Dalmonte....his intimidating aura.

It's so annoying!

"How did you find me? Are you stalking me?" I said without even looking at him. For some reason I was scared to. And it was annoying that I was scared.

"Yes."

"Of course- WAIT WHAT?!" My eyes finally shot at him.

"Yes. I am. I'm not afraid to say it. I'm stalking you. I even have many eyes on you. You see your staffs at your mansion...... they're all mine. From your chefs to your personal bodyguards to even the head of your bodyguards....are all mine. They all work for me.....plus like I said earlier, I am stalking you."
