Takeo started training.
He practiced what he had learned from his teacher but those lessons were not yet enough but he believed he would succeed.
He trained hard and his parents worried about him when they saw him go home exhausted for days.
Two weeks passed and Takeo realized that now was the time for him to leave.
He met with his parents and told them his decision and asked them to leave but they did not welcome this.

His father immediately objected.
"Impossible!
You're not going anywhere! "

Even his mother refused
"Takeo my son you are too young to take that path!"

Takeo was upset that his parents did not allow him but he did not give up.
He continued to train but saw that he was not achieving anything and immediately went to his parents.
He stood in front of the determined parents.

"Father! Mother!
I know you're worried about me, but I've already decided what to do! "

His father was angry.
"Again with this!
I told you one more time.
The path you have chosen will not bring anything good but only misfortune!
You are too young to understand. "

His father approached him
"Believe me, that road is very dark.
You watched your deceased brother die because he chose that path.
Isn't that enough for you? "

Takeo lowered his head
"I have made a promise to my brother and I will definitely fulfill it!"

His father yelled at them
"Forget that pretense!
You have a family and you can live a normal and peaceful life.
I believe that your brother would want that too!
Do not harm your brother's sacrifice! "

Takeo, hearing about his brother many times, starts to cry.
His father looked at him and hugged him.

"My son, I just want the best for you!"

Afterall Takeo is just a kid...

More days passed and now Takeo was no longer being trained.
He went every day to the old house outside the village and stayed there alone.
Seeing this, his father became curious and followed him.
He followed her to the old house.
Seeing that house he was shocked

"This house!
I lived here when I was young! "

Daichi continued to walk and he looked at Takeo and hid.
Takeo was alone in front of a statue resembling a demon.
Takeo stood in front of it and was angry.
The more he saw that statue, the more he remembered the person standing in front of him that night.
"I'll make you pay for all this!"

Takeo left and took the chest.
He opened it and drew his sword.
Daichi looked at him and was surprised.
"How is it possible that that sacred sword is there?
I remember it was lost! "

Takeo took the sword and now he found it easier to use because of the training.
He approached the statue with his sword in his hand.
Takeo took his stance.
Seeing him, many memories came to his father.
Takeo took a deep breath.
"Breath of the Dragon!"
Dragon's Roar! "
His words shocked Daichi
"Impossible!"
Takeo headed for the statue and hit it hard with his sword.
A noise similar to the dragon's roar was created.
Takeo left and got upset when he saw that the statue had not been destroyed.
Takeo was tired and his father showed up.
Takeo was surprised.
"Dad, why are you here?"

Daichi approached him and was surprised.
"How long have you been learning this?"

Takeo was confused.
"Two years!"

Daichi sat down next to Takeo.
"I can't believe my son has mastered the Breath of The Dragon!"

Takeo smiled.
"I'm still a beginner!"

His father patted his head.
"I know!
You surprised me but I'm upset because you didn't tell me this before!"

Takeo lowered his head.
"I thought one day I would explain everything to you!"

Daichi remained silent for a while
"What is your real reason for choosing that path?"

Takeo looked at him in surprise and then I started thinking.

"I'm used to living in a quiet village and I didn't think about what was happening outside.
I am lucky to have a family that loves me but sometimes I think that out there some people don't have families they live a lonely life.
Demons destroy and kill whole families every day. And I want to protect those families.
My brother died and I'm very upset but I don't want anyone else to experience anything like that. "

Takeo stood up and was serious.
"As long as I have the strength and the will to help someone I will do it!"

Daichi was happy with Takeo's words and stood up.
"My son! I am happy to have raised two good-hearted boys like you and your brother."

Takeo started smiling and he hugged his father who also hugged him.
"Will you know why our clan stopped fighting demons?"

Takeo immediately nodded.
"Some time ago our clan was very famous for its swordsmen.
They were among the most powerful in Japan.
The demons feared them and did not show up.
This situation did not seem to please the Devil.
One night when all of us were near their families, the Devil came.
That night was tragedy.
He managed to exterminate almost half of our clan overnight.
He could have completely wiped us out, but he kept us alive to show us what he was capable of doing.
The years passed and now only a few people fought the demons.
What we used to be proud of was already a disaster.
Many members of our family died because of that path.
And we decided to disappear.
We left the place where we lived and changed our surname. It all happened that we prevented other innocent deaths. "

Takeo was shocked.
He did not expect the story to be like that.
His father was calm.
"Don't worry! It's not your fault!
My father always said that we cannot change or avoid the destiny, we just have to be strong."

Daichi looked Takeo in the eye.
"It seems that destiny is becoming a reality again!"

Takeo became curious and Daichi kept talking.
"My father always told me that one day the Dragon would come back and we shouldn't stop him."

Daichi starts to shed tears.
"I never believed he would be my son!"

Takeo stood speechless and Daichi hugged him.
"You can leave as long as this is your destiny.
But I remember something.
Never forget that you have a family and people who love you.
Never make unthinkable decisions. No matter how beautiful or bad this world may seem to you, never trust all the people who come to you.
I always help people to help.
First of all, take care of yourself."

They hugged and the next day Takeo said goodbye to his family and left but his mother had a hard time accepting it.
Now Takeo was ready to face the outside world and embark on his journey.
