Chapter 21

Previously on "The Stars During Winter":

Russia: "Sorry if I was taking too long guys"

Japan: "It's alright, Russia-kun. Now we'll just have to wait for one country left"

Russia: "Who is-"

Phillis: "Hi, Kuya Germany"

Germany: "Guten tag, Phillis"

Russia: "YOU!?"

Germany and Russia have been glaring at each other for 1 minute, while the two girl countries infront of them stayed in silent. Japan sighed and decided to break the silence.

Japan: "Umm...guys, you okay?"

Russia: "WHY DOES HE HAVE TO BE HERE!?"

Japan: "Well...let me explain"

Both Japan and Phillis explained the tall russian their situation yesterday, about Russia and America being together. And yet Russia's not very comfortable with the german beside him.

Russia: "Still, why is he here?"

Germany: "Got a problem, Russia?"

Russia: "Yeah, you..."

The two boys argued, and letting out a negative aura around them. Japan once again sighed, then shouted at Russia and Germany to stop. The boys stopped and looked at the slightly pissed off country. She stood up for a moment, narrowing her eyes, Japan looked at them with a sense of fury. As for Phillis, she's just controlling her anger.

Japan: "Russia. Germany. Please stop arguing for just a moment? This is serious"

Germany: "This is not really a crisis, Japan...what's this all about?"

Japan: "Phillis and I have a plan. Russia is part of this plan, and you, Germany, we need your opinion and statements about it"

Germany sighed deeply, and adjust his glasses as he nods his head in agreement. Russia gave up, since he clearly doesn't have a choice in leaving. Japan sat down and Phillis started to speak.

Phillis: "Kuya Russia, we're here to help you make the first move in harmonizing your power with America. Since you liked him and all-"

Russia: "Harmonizing? You mean you want me to make America as my future lover?..but that's risky"

Phillis: "We know, and that's why we made a plan"

Phillis explained the whole plan that she and Japan made. After Phillis finished explaining it, Germany started processing about the plan and thought very hard.

Japan: "Is it possible, Germany-kun? There won't be any bad effects on this, right?"

Germany: "Well, forcing Power Harmonization needs alot of energy and impact. Since both of you wanted to achieve 'a glimpse' of their marks, and it already means a little bit of their energy and power to accomplish that, I guess it might just work"

Russia: "You 'guess'?..what kind of smarty-pants are you anyway"

Germany: "Well it's a hypothesis, Russia. The first step in the scientific method"

Russia: "Yeah right...so much for that big ass brain of yours-"

Germany: "WHY YOU LITTLE SH-"

Russia and Germany started to argue again, but what they didn't know was that one of the girls infront of them had enough. Phillis can't take it anymore and unleashed her anger out. She went behind the two boys and pulled out their hair. As much as she wants to stay positive and calm, she can't handle another arguement between Russia and Germany. She pulled their hair a little bit harder, and the two countries exclaimed in pain.

Phillis: "You guys are done arguing, right Kuya Russia and Kuya Germany~"

Russia and Germany: "Oww..Yes! Yes!!"

Phillis let's go and went back to her seat, and also back to her usual and happy self again. Japan seemed weirded out, but just shrugs it off.

Germany: "As I was saying, your plan might work. But my only concern is, does America know about this too?"

Phillis: "Is there a problem?"

Germany: "If one country knew about the other will use his/her power, it is considered forcing it...you didn't tell him, am I correct?"

Japan: "Hai! America doesn't know anything about this"

Germany: "Good.."

Russia: "Am I going to be fine? Since i'm the one using my powers to America, does it consider forcing too?"

Germany: "You're only going to use a little bit of your powers, so you'll be fine. Just try not to make it obvious"

Russia nod his head, and the four countries finally agreed to the plan. And just in time, the bell already rang signaling time for afternoon classes to start. Germany waved goodbye and left Russia, Phillis, and Japan.

Japan: "Are you okay with this, Russia-kun?"

Russia: "As long as I get to call America mine, then it's more than okay..."
