XXXII. Escape

A classical music is playing by an orchestra while I am slowly walking in the aisle. Everyone kept their eyes on me but I focused my sight in the flower I am holding.

Gusto kong tumigil. Gusto kong lumayo dito. I want to runaway but this white gown I am wearing is too big. Halos sinakop na nito ang buong dinaraanan ko.

I looked around just to see familiar faces under my white veil. Ethan and Ashley are looking at me with a worried look. I smiled at them assuring that I am fine.

I opened my mouth but decided to close it again. Seconds passed but I still didn't uttered any word. Nakita kong tumayo na ang hari ng Winzellia sa kanyang trono at sinenyasan ako gamit ang mga mata niya.

Just before I finish what I'm saying, a big explosion happened outside that created a sound to make the crowd panic.

May apat na lalaki ang naglakad papalapit sa akin. But instead of running away, I stood still. Hindi ko sila maaninag nang maayos dahil sa namumuong mga luha sa mga mata ko. I badly wanna go home.
