The new girl had been here for a week and hadn't looked at each other. I walked over to her and I saw her tense up.

"What's your name?" I ask sitting in front of her.

"Dixie." She says.

"Y/n." I say.

"What you in for?" I ask.

"Armed robbery. What about you?"  Dixie says.

"Kidnapping and abduction." I say.

"Woah." She says.

"What did you do?" She asks.

"I never got to see my daughter or my son. I took them to their favourite restaurant and they caught me." I say.

"Damn." She says.

I chuckle and she smiles.

Time Skip

"Do you like girls?" Lilly asks.

Everyone was crowding Dixie and I pushed them out of the way.

"Stop ambushing her and leave her the fuck alone." I say.

Everyone left the room and went back downstairs. I was a "pod boss" and I had been since I got here.

"Thanks." Dixie says.

"No problem." I say.

"Do you think they'll attack me?" She asks.

"Yeah, only because this is your first time." I say.

She widens her eyes and I laugh.

"You can stay in my room if you want." I say.

"Yeah, sure." She says.

Time Skip: Dixie's View

I was laying next to Y/n and she was asleep. I liked her, but jail for no place to be in love. She's not even a criminal. She was just trying to spend time with her daughter.

"Dixie." Y/n mumbles.

"Hmm?" I ask.

"I love you." She says

"What did you—" I ask.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" She asks.

"Y-yeah." I say.

She kisses me and goes back to sleep. What the actual fuck?

Y/n's View: 3 weeks later...

"What have you learned in jail?" The judge asks.

"I learned that I should've came to you. Now I can't see my kids at all and I won't for the next 8 years." I say.

"Next time you're gonna talk it out with their mother or me. Is that what you're saying?" He says.

"There won't be a next time." I say.

He smiles and nods his head.

"I will shorten your sentence by 6 years and you will have a bond of $20,000. You're criminal record will be erased." He says.

"Thank you and I will never forget this." I say.

Time Skip: Dixie's View

"How many times are you gonna come here and tell me what I did was wrong?" Y/n asks.

"You screwed up and now Sam and Grayson don't have their other parent in their lives." The girl Y/n was talking to says.

"Candice, I already signed the divorce papers. So please fuck off and go be with Tom like you wanted. I'm not gonna say sorry, because it's your fault." Y/n says standing up.
