C H A P T E R 2 6 YUNA'S POV
"You do know we have Saturday classes tomorrow," I said while looking at my phone. Kai and I are facetiming, and it's been already an hour since it started.
"And?" He asked.
"You can see me tomorrow, stupid. You don't have to face time me right now." laughed.
"What can you do? I want to see you and talk to you" He said, and I felt my heartbeat racing. He really doesn't fail in doing this. I've said this a lot of times already, but hey. It is true.
Then, my phone buzzed. I check to see what it was, and it's a message from an unknown number.
unknown number: Yunnieee I'm in front of your house, it's your cousin, Stella from Japan. I have a gift for you and your fam.
unknown number: I'll see you in a sec alright?
Oh. Stella. Yeah, my arrogant younger cousin from Japan. I can't believe she's back. I remember how much she hated Korea, and how much she rants about not going back here ever again. That's why it's quite shocking to know that she's back on a school season.
"I have to go downstairs, and meet my cousin," I told Kai, but he didn't hang up. So, I just slid the phone in my pocket, my AirPods still on so I could hear what he was saying.
It's quite weird though. Why would she wait outside our house when she can just go inside, and tell my parents? Maybe she's just shy.
I got outside our house and saw no one.
"Huh that's weird," I said. Kai heard it, so he spoke.
"Why?"
"She's not here," I said.
"Well, maybe she's just play—hmpppp!!!!!" I shouted in shock, as someone grabbed me, and covered my mouth.
A guy who was wearing a black cap, and a black mask took my phone from my coat pocket and put it on his ear.
"Ah. It's the notorious Huening Kai," The guy said. Oh no. It's the same guy from last time!
"Oh I was just planning on killing your girlfriend," He said, and my eyes widen in shock. I don't want to die, for goodness sake! I still have dreams!
Before I could defend myself from them, the chemical has hit my body, and made me faint.
