I changed into some shorts and I just took my shirt off leaving me in my sports bra.
I went down into my personal gym.

I did my usual routine, which usually takes me a solid hour.
I'm not buff or anything like that. Sure I have abs but they aren't as toned as I want them to be. And I got muscle but I'm not as buff as I'd like to be.
I was in the middle of doing one handed pull ups when I heard the gym door open.
I just switched sides on the bar so I could see who was at the door.
"Oh, sup Lauren." I said while continuing to do my pull ups.
"Um... Hey... Y/N..." She said each time I pulled up whilst staring at me.
"You ok Lolo?" I asked pausing for a sec making myself just hang there.
She shook her head blinking for a sec before answering.
"Umm yeah, I was just wondering if you would want to join us in a game of truth or dare later." Lauren asked.
"Uh sure." I said hopping off the bar.
Lauren was about to leave until I stopped her.
"Hey do you mind spotting me real quick?It's not heavy at all I just don't wanna slip cause I'm sweaty and stuff." I rambled which made Lauren laugh.
"Sure but I will not strain myself. If it's too heavy for me I'll tell you." She said pointing her index finger at me.
"K. It won't be heavy, promise." I said laying down on the little bench press seat.
I lifted about ten times while Lauren just sat their starring at my muscles flexing.
I honestly didn't need her to spot me I just wanted her company for a little longer.
I finally finished. I put the dumbbell down and sat up.
When I sat up Lauren's eyes left my body and went to my lips. She stared at them for a solid 10 seconds while we sat in silence until I broke it.
"Hey you good Laur-" I started but she cut me off by smashing her lips onto mine.
I was in shock at first but soon I kissed her back.
When I tell you I was on fucking Cloud Nine when I kissed this women's lips. They were so soft, and I could taste her mango lip balm which made it even better.
