Hmm, I can imagine their personality really well, and I dunno why but even their personality reminds me of a storm. I love it didjxj

Appearance: Short, messy, purple hair with lavender coloured bangs. One white eye and one pink with baggy eyes. Wears bandages around their neck. Black shirt with two white stripes across the middle horizontally, very long sleeves. Short white skirt with pale, high socks. Wears black boots with belts on them. (kinda like gundham's but shorter)

Awww that's a really cute outfit, since I can't really imagine an outfit for a storm chaser I think this is a really cute outfit still!

Backstory: Arashi had parents that were abusive. They wouldn't hurt them physically, but they would punish them by starving them for almost a week or leaving them outside for hours at night, sometimes even forgetting they sent left them outside. Arashi would sometimes have to stay outside even during bad weather, so within those hours, they would take their time to study the weather, like when bad weather would come or when natural disasters would come. They then got interns with professional storm chasers and would go after tornados and etc. studying them. Also, met Mikan a weeks before becoming an Ultimate at Hopes Peek.

I really like the backstory, how it easily explains how they got their ultimate. It's also very impactful to part of their personality as well which is very neat. I also love how their backstory also Included Mikan which is their love interest.

I feel so bad because Mikan mcfricking dIES WHY-

Execution: (In my AU Mikan only killed Ibuki and Mikan didn't get close to Hiyoko yet because she died) Arashi murdered Saionji, enraged. They blamed Hiyoko for her suffering. So was found guilty. Arashi was tied to a pole on the shore of a beach, suddenly wave start hitting the sand, each wave getting higher and higher. They immediately realised a tsunami was coming. The tsunami came hitting Arashi send them under water, still tied to the pole. They tried holding their breath till they could get to an area where there was no water. It worked successfully, but a tornado came not long after they just caught their breath. Soon they were spinning around and around objects flying around them as they spin. Monokuma hopping from each object, holding a harpoon. He let go of the harpoon, making it go flying around the tornado. Within seconds the harpoon pierced through Arashi's chest, as the tornado had slowed, dropping their body into the ocean.

HOLY- I love this?? I love how it has a lot to do with their talent and also has a lot to do with their talent and how the pole is added- I don't know why but the harpoon was just a good touch to it. I love how it's also not to overwhelming either.
