Nini: No, I have my menstrual pass. I don't have to put any money in that jar this week

Nini: A lesson is not happening today, it's one of THOSE weeks

Nini: I just dropped by to say hi

Ricky: Well karaoke night If you're still down
Nini: Of course, just tell me when you're gonna and I'll be there
Ricky: I talked to Ash and Red and they said Thursday works bes- *is Nini holding my hand? Wait-since whe- WHAT?*

Ricky: *how long has she been holding my hand?* yeah it starts at 5 and there's an open bar and free karaoke

Nini: *I continue walking like nothing's wrong*
Ricky: *I kind of pull my hand away and fix my hair with my hands* Are you okay?
Nini: Could be better, why do you ask?
Ricky: I don't know, you just- never mind

Ricky: what song is that?
Nini: You don't know? It's Betty by Taylor Swift. I can't believe I'm in the presence of a non swiftie *laughs*
Ricky: I don't think I've heard that song before. I mean Taylor Swift is great but is this a newer song or something?
Nini: The album came out about a month ago
Ricky: oh uh, cool
Nini: *I don't know what to do about this boy, he doesn't respond to anything and is just so.... Ugh I don't know what he is*
Ricky: well, I have to get back to the shop. My next lesson starts soon
Nini: Okay, well it was nice talking to you
Ricky: yeah, anytime. Could I expect to see you Thursday?
Nini: I'll be there
Ricky: awesome, um, I'll see you later
Nini: Bye surfer boy *I walk away*
Ricky: *I walk back up to the shop*
Ashlyn: Hey Rick, how's Nini doing?
Ricky: something weird happened today. She held my hand. I didn't even notice and when I did and I asked her why she said she didn't notice.
Ashlyn: Hmm, interesting *laughs*
Ricky: what?
Ashlyn: Nothing
Ricky: Ash... Red what's wrong with her?
Red: I couldn't tell you
Ricky: I'm gonna head to the back and change
Ashlyn: Sounds good
Ricky: *I walk out*
Ashlyn: *to Red* he's so clueless *laughs*
Red: I noticed hun *laughs*
Ashlyn: Nini knows he has a girlfriend though
Red: I don't think that's gonna stop her
Ashlyn: yeah she seems a bit ambitious *laughs*
Red: Maybe things will work out for them
Ashlyn: but I like Alice!
Red: But do you notice how off she's been?
Ashlyn: Alice? I don't know I haven't seen her that much lately. She's been gone a lot for shoots and stuff, but she seems fine with Ricky. Why?
Red: I don't know about you, but to me she seems a little distant
Ashlyn: mmm I'll have to look for it now. I hope she's not wanting to leave him or something. Ricky is so happy
Red: I know, poor Ricky
Ricky: *walks back in* you guys good?
Red: All good Richard
Ricky: *I squint my eyes a little and give Red a look* don't call me Richard *laughs*
Red: Okay, Richard Micheal Bowen *laughs*
Ricky: I'm gonna go give my lesson and you two are gonna cut out whatever you got goin on *laughs*
Red: oKaY *laughs* *I walk out*
Ashlyn: What do you think we should do about it?
Red: nothing right now. I guess Thursday we'll see Alice and we can just see what's goin on
Ashlyn: I just hope everything works out okay
Red: as long as my boys happy
Ashlyn: I agree
