“AGAR TU USS GWALE KO ITNI HI PRIYE HAI, TOH MAI TERA SAR USSE BHET DUNGA.” He said raising his weapon about to attack, Amarsri closed her eyes preparing herself but a huge wave of water hit Kalyavan making him flow away.
Amarsri turned her head and saw Vasudev Shri Krishna standing over the hill. She quickly got up and ran up to him. Krishna just hugged her tightly. He checked her for any injury and saw the scratched elbow, his heart ached seeing it and at the same time his blood boiled in anger, but he controlled it. By then Subhadra and Arjun also came towards them. They both greeted him.
“AAP SWASTH TOH HAI NA BHRATASHREE ?” Subhadra asks.
“MAI KYU SWASTH NAHI HOUNGA, SUBHADRE ? PAANI MAI TOH TUM DUB RAHI THI.” He says.
“HA BHRATASHREE.” She says embarrassed.
“TUM TOH ITNE DIN HASTINAPOOR MAI RUKI KI HUME LAGA TUMNE USE APNA SASURAL TOH NAHI MAAN LIYA HO.” Krishna said teasingly, Subhadra blushed, Amarsri chuckled.
“TUM TOH MERI YOGMAYA HO SUBHADRE, TUMHARE BINA MUJHE KHANE MAI SWAAD HI NAHI AATA. AUR AMARSRI TUM TOH JAISE MERA AADHA HISSA HO, TUMHARE BINA KISI BHI KARYA MAI MAN HI NAHI LAGTA.” He said, they both chuckled at how he just revealed their identity and Arjun didn’t even get it.
“AUR BATAO SUBHADRA, SUKH MAI TOH HO ?” He asks.
“SUKH MAI KAISE RAHUNGI BHRATASHREE KALYAVAN KA BHAYE JO SATA RAHA THA. AUR AAPKI BHI CHINTA HO RAHI THI ?” She says.
“JAB CHINTA HO TOH CHINTAN KARO, USI SE LABH HOTA HAI, AUR WAISE BHI JISKA RAKSHAN SWAYAM AMARSRI KARE, USKO KALYAVAN TOH KYA, MRITYU BHI NAHI CHU SAKTI.” He said Amarsri didn’t understand, is she that powerful ? Little did she know what it meant to be a combined form of two supreme deities. At this point she didn’t even reach 1/10 of the potential she had.
“KRISHNA !!! AB KAUN BACHAYEGA TUJHE ISS KALYAVAN SE.” Kalyavan roared, Arjun hit him with his arrows but it didn’t affect him.
“KALYVAN NIKAT AA RAHA HAI.” Arjun said.
“KAAL KA TOH ARTH HI HAI MRITYU, AUR WOH TOH HUMESHA NIKAT AATI HAI, KINTU APNE PRIYE JANO SE BAAT KARNA KE LIYE SAMYE TOH NIKALNA PADTA HAI.” Krishna said Arjun got confused.
“AUR BATAO SUBHADRA BUA KAISI HAI, UNKE CHARAN SPARSH KARNE KI KITNI ICCHA HAI MAN MAI.” Krishna says.
“CHARAN SPARSH TAB KARENGE JAB YAHA SE JEEVIT BACHENGE, APNE SHASHTRA UTHAIYE VASUDEV.” Arjun said.
“KALYAVAN KI MRITYU NA TUMHARE BAARNO SE HO SAKTI HA NA MERE SUDARSHAN SE, KEVAL KISI RISHI KE YOGAGNI SE.” Krishna said.
“TOH AB KYA KARE ?” Arjun asked confused.
“BHAG JAATE HAI.” Krishna said and went to the other direction.
“KAHA BHAG RAHA HAI CHARWAHE ?” Kalyavan said and went after him.
Arjun, Amarsri and Subhadra also went after him.
“TUMNE TOH KAHA THA TUMHARE BHRATA KRISHNA TOH SHURVEER HAI, YEH TOH BHAG GAYE.” Arjun said to Subhadra.
“UNKE PAAS AWASHYA KOI YOJNA HOGI.” Subhadra said.
“SHURVEERO KI EK HI YOJNA HOTI HAI, SHATRU KO PARASTRA KARNA, AUR YAHA MUJHE KALYAVAN PARAST HOTA NAHI DIKH RAHA.” Arjun said.
“YAHI TOH ANTAR HAI BAAKI SHURVEERO MAI VASUDEV SHRI KRISHNA MAI, WOH STITHI KO DEKHKE YOJNA BANATE HAI, BAAKI SAB VEERTA KE NAAM PAR MURKHTA KARTE HAI.” Amarsri said.
“ARTHAT ?” Arjun asked confused.
“ARTHAT KI HAR BAAR SHATRU KO BAL SE PARAST NAHI KAR SAKTE, KABHI KABHAR CHAL KA PRAYOG BHI KARNA PADTA HAI.” Amarsri said.
“SHURVEER KABHI CHAL NAHI KARTE KEVAL BAL SE YUDH KARTE HAI.” Arjun said.
“YAHI TOH MURKHTA KAR BAITHTE HAI.” She said, Arjun got confused again, Amarsri noticed it and chuckled.
Soon they all reached near a cave and her someone screamed in agony, they went towards the cave and which Vasudev came out.
“SUKH MAI TOH HO ARJUN ?” Vasudev asks.
“PRANIPAT MADHAV.” Arjun says.
“NA, PRANIPAT NAHI TUMHARA STHAN TOH MERE HRIDAYE MAI HAI.” He said and hugged him.
“AAPNE KAISE KALYAVAN KOPARAST KIYA ?” Arjun asked.
“SAMRAT MUCHUKUND KE BAARE MAI JAANTE HO ?” Krishna asked him.
“HA. UNHONE JEEVAN BHAR YUDH KARKE SAMPURN PRITHVI KO JEET LIYA THA, AUR FIR RAJPATH CHOD DIYA, VISHRAM KARNE KE LIYE.” Arjun answered correctly.
“WOH ISS GUFA MAI 100 VARSHO SE TAP KAR RAHE THE, AUR 100 VARSHO SE UNHONE AAKHE NAHI KHOLI THI, AUR AGAR KHOLTE TOH UNKE SAAMNE KOI BHI VYAKTI JAL KE RAKH HO JATA. KALYAVAN BHI USS HI AGNI MAI JAL GAYA.” Krishna told them. They all smiled, Subhadra saw the wound on Amarsri’s elbow and gasped.
“PUTRI, TUMHARE KOHNI SE TOH RAKT BEH RAHA HAI.” Subhadra said worriedly, Amarsri looked at the wound, it was bleeding badly, perhaps because she didn’t clean it till now. Vasudev also looked at it, his heart ached seeing the blood of his own daughter, no parent ever wants to see the blood of their child.
“AAO PUTRI, ISSE SAAF KARNA HOGA.” Krishna said as he took Amarsri with him near the river leaving behind Arjun and Subhadra. Arjun got confused one moment Vasudev was so carefree and now worried sick.
“MADHAV AUR AMARSRI KE BICH KYA RISHTA HAI ?” Arjun asked Subhadra.
“WAISA HI RISHTA JAISA EK PITA AUR PUTRI KA HOTA HAI.” Subhadra said.
“MAI SAMJHA NAHI ?” Arjun said.
“AAM MANUSHYO KE SAMAJH SE PARE HAI.” Subhadra said. Arjun knew he wouldn’t get it so he thought it’s easy and simple to just see them as father and daughter. They both made their way towards the river.
Near the river, Vasudev was cleaning up Amarsri's wound as gently as possibly, Amarsri just smiled the entire time seeing him so protective of her. Maharaj Dilip was also like this, super protective, he didn’t like seeing a single scratch on her body.
As the water from his hand dropped on the wound, it magically started healing by itself, Amarsri's eyes widened at that but she wasn’t exactly shocked. Krishna looked at her worriedly, she just gave him a assuring smile, he also gave her a sad smile.
By then Subhadra and Arjun arrived and smiled looking at them, they all then continued their journey. Amarsri and Subhadra sat on Vasudev's Rath whereas Arjun rode his white horse.
