"Sorry about this" were the last words before chains took away his freedom.

As the chains that were restricting Sugawara's wings from moving clanged against each other, the angel was being led through the ominous hallways of the castle. The walls were pure white with the flag of their kingdom hanging in between tall glass stained windows. The sun had now set behind the horizon and deep shadows had been cast along the seemingly flawless walls. The female devil that had chained Suga's wings, had seemed in a rush, leaving the angel to the buff guards. They walked in silence with the only noise being the short breaths and the clinking of the chains.

As the three demi-humans twisted and turned through multiple corridors, the natural light of the moon started to fade away and the only thing lighting a path were the calm lamps that were handing front the walls. Out of nowhere, one of the devils spoke up in a familiar gruff voice that made the angel jump.

"Listen up, we are nearing the king's quarters and it is our job to warn you and explain to you the rules"

The other voice continued "As long as you do as King Sawamura says, you'll be fine. The king is a fine man but disobey him... and the consequences will be deadly"

A hint of sadness was present in his tone as he spoke. As if he knew that rule all too well.

"U-uh may I ask a question?" came the small voice from Suga.

Only a nod came from the larger one.

"Uh, you seem sad, what happened?" He aimed this question at the black rooster haired male.

"What's it to yo-"

"It.... it's fine. He deserves to know. Maybe it'll stop him from making the same mistake?" The hazel eyes of the devil were glassy.

"W-well years ago, our past ruler, King Sawamua's father, decided to buy an angel. It just so happened that we grew really close"

Now tears were falling from the rooster haired devils face.

"He was stubborn... so stupid, yet... yet so kind. He didn't show it but he cared"

Now sobs could be heard as they echoed around the empty halls. A small sigh could be heard as well from the larger devil who's white and black hair spiker up in an unusual fashion.

"They... Well they started dating. And of course that's illegal, so the angel was sentenced to death"

Sugawara couldn't help but gak. Death? For loving someone? That was absurd.

"I-I'm sorry but may I ask for his name?"

"Ken- oh we're here"

The white haired devils mood suddenly did one a eighty as he walked over and rapped his knuckles on the large door. Taking one last look at the smaller devil who was wiping away his tears, the angel couldn't help but feel a huge wave of guilt.

"Sir, we have brought the angel you requested to see"

"Send him in." It was that deep and calm voice again.

All Suga could do was watch as the pair of devils who had transported him here walked off, the white haired one rubbing the black haired ones back.

"Don't just stand there, come meet everyone"

Spinning his head around, the angel was met with those dark, chocolate colored eyes. They seemed to shine with an unknown kindness that made Suga want to get lost in them even more. A loud shriek came from inside the room and woke the silver haired male out of his trance.

"Sorry, come in and make yourself at home" said the king before facing away from Sugawara.

"NOYA, TANAKA!"

The angel could only giggle as he walked in on the chaotic scene before him. Two devils were flying around the chandler, obviously playing some sort of game. At the call of king Sawamura, they instantly came down, finally letting Suga get a good view of them. One of them had skin almost like Da-Sawamura's. He had an almost bald haircut, kind of like a buddha. The other devil was much smaller, with dark brown hair sticking up in an unusual fashion with a few blonde strands of hair hanging down over his forehead.

"Welcome!" came a chorus of voices.

This... could be interesting...
